We offer our renovated and newly möbiliertes House to enjoy your holiday. The ground floor has a modern kitchen with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, egg cooker, adequate dishes, pots and glasses (incl kitchen package. Dish towels, Spültaps, etc.) with a separate dining area ,
The living area consists of a comfortable couch 2er, a wing chair, an armchair, a fireplace and a large TV. From there you get to the terrace and garden with beautiful garden furniture, awning, grill and windshield.
The property is fully fenced with hedges overgrown completion in March 2017

Also on the ground floor one bedroom with a single bed 0,90 x 2,00 m.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs is a bedroom with box spring x m and large wardrobe and TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (box spring) x m, which can be pushed together, if necessary, and set up TV.
All German programs are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in Holiday Park Yperhof directly on a large plot surrounded by tulip fields. You have a parking directly at the house.
The nearby North Sea beach begins behind the imposing dunes. The approximately 40 km long, wide and sandy beach has been honored with the Environmental Award of the EU.
The beach restaurant "Paal 6" is open all year. Julianadorp has a central village square with pharmacy, bank, ice cream shop, a large shopping center (Aldi, Lidl, Deen) and other shops. Cosy restaurants invite you to eat.
In the area there are many attractions. Further information are ready in our house for you.
The golf course and the adventure pool are in the immediate vicinity.

Super Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Terrasse ist windgeschützt und ebenfalls mit sehr schönen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Rundherum eine echte Empfehlung.

Super Ferienhaus, sehr zu empfehlen
Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern und unserem Hund einen tollen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Carmen verbracht. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und ausgestattet.
Auch der Garten und die windgeschützte Terrasse lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin erfolgt schnell und unkompliziert, wie die Vermietung und Schlüsselverwaltung.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

komfortables Ferienhaus
Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise sehr wohl gefühlt. Dank des vollumzäunten Grundstücks konnte unser Hund sich frei bewegen.
