The apartment is upstairs Alegranza the "Casa Teneguime", in a natural, quiet location with wonderful views of the mountains, the sea and approximately 1 km from the original, rural surroundings.
Casa Teneguime is surrounded by a landscaped garden, which is adjacent to a large "finca" which is planted with vines and fruit trees.
The apartment offers a living space of 62 sqm living room, dining room with kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom (2 beds of 90x190 cm), and a covered terrace of 8 square meters and is decorated, and complete with attention to detail with everything necessary equipped to ensure a pleasant stay to offer, such as: satellite TV, CD radio, washing machine, hair dryer, linens, towels, iron and ironing board, and safe. All windows of the bedrooms are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets, so that the fresh air fans can sleep with the windows open.
Through a large double door, you have direct access to the romantic terrace where you can have breakfast with the first rays of sun, dangle on the sofa your soul, or in the evening to enjoy a Lanzarote wine by candlelight.

Location and surroundings of object
"MALA" is a small village in the municipality of Haría, in the north of the island.
It is a picturesque village that is characterized by the mixture of white houses and the cactus fields for the cultivation of "cochinilla" -Laus, which is given to the predominantly dry environment a greener appearance.
In Mala there is a small supermarket, pharmacy, Spanish medical center, sports court, and restaurant and bar. Is located on the coast of the village a natural stone swimming pool, which is filled with the tide and empties.
The nudists can enjoy the swimming and sunbathing in about 3 km away Charco del Palo, which also has a natural stone pool.

Great apartment. Very nice landlady, everything perfect. Arrived and felt comfortable from the 1st minute. Beautiful, sheltered terrace that invites you to relax from the beginning. We would love to come back.

One of my most beautiful vacations
That was one of my most beautiful vacations in Lanzarote. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need. The small terrace is great - you are protected from the wind and that is very important at times on the island. Simone (landlady) is very friendly and helpful - no matter what you need. I will come back.
