The house is located in a very quiet south-facing location on the edge of the nature reserve and Hohe Tauern National Park at about 1500m and is accessible by car all year round
In winter it is only a few minutes walk to the ski lift to the Zillertal-Arena or to the cross-country ski run.
The last descent ends with a stop at the house. The car does not have to be moved!
A terrace and sunbathing lawn with barbecue are inviting depending on the weather.
