Our villa corresponds to the comfort class on a 1500 sqm plot with an area of about 180 square meters and a living salon of about 60 sqm. 3 bedrooms with adjoining comfort bathrooms with toilet, some with bidet, an open kitchen with quality appliances, a large sun terrace with panoramic mountain and overgrown arbor, a summer kitchen with barbecue, and a large garden pool with terrace and lawn make your stay perfect. The sight protected land is fenced and accessible via a private road. Parking is available in the yard.

Location and surroundings of object
The village lies about 18 km north of Saint Raphael / Frejus. You will find all shops, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, supermarket and gas station. The sea with its numerous sandy beaches can be reached by car in 15-20 minutes. In the vicinity you will find several golf courses. In 40 km away is Cannes, Nice is about 55 km, to be reached in 40 minutes on the highway. The plot is fenced with Mediterranean plants and reached via a private road.

Beautiful extension of summer with warm temperatures and sunshine.
At Villa Oliviens, we spent 2 very nice weeks with our children and extended our summer. The house leaves nothing to be desired. From the beautiful pool area with many lounging options to the great view during breakfast on the upper terrace, we enjoyed every day. The children had fun in the large pool, and we found plenty of time to relax.
In the small village of Bagnols, there is a bakery and restaurants with good cuisine for the evening.
By car, you can reach St. Tropez, Cannes, and Nice in a pleasant time and quickly find very worthwhile excursion destinations.
The handling and contact with the landlords were very pleasant, and we will definitely return to Villa Oliviens.

Pure relaxation...
As we already knew the area from our holiday last year, the whole family was looking forward to spending the holiday in the South of France again.
Our high expectations were exceeded, however, as we were greeted by a lovingly furnished house of the highest quality. We immediately felt at home, the sensational pool and the beautifully landscaped garden did the rest.
We had never experienced the care of our landlords in this way before, we felt extremely well looked after and could more than enjoy every single day.
Many thanks again for the great time!
