In the Austrian village of Nieuw Haamstede 1960 This lovely house was built with the old bricks of the churches that were demolished after the flood disaster.
The house Toverhazelaar is a cozy family house where you will feel quickly at home.
In the living room you may like to read on the sofa reading a book, play a game at the table or relax with a movie on the TV.
The wide doors to open, you have the feeling to be "outside" even in winter.
The house has a separate kitchen with an open connection to the living room. Behind the kitchen there is a spacious pantry.
There is also a second toilet with sink.
The Toverhazelaar has 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 gorgeous Walk master bedroom has a wash basin with hot and cold water. Opposite the master bedroom is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Also up there is a sink with hot and cold water.
To children is also thought: there are 2 cots, 2 high chairs and toys and games and a garden with a swing and a sandbox.
In summer you can from the large enclosed garden to enjoy with parasol, a large garden table with chairs and a garden bench. In winter the wood stove provides comfort and warmth.
The private wall paintings make this house a special object.

Location and surroundings of object
Nieuw-Haamstede is located at the top of Schouwen. It is especially popular with tourists who love the peace and nature. The outstretched beaches are the reason regularly come back to this beautiful part of the Netherlands for many guests. The area has been identified as one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands.
The area is wonderful in every season: an ideal place to relax on the beach or in the solitude of the dunes.
The beach can be reached from Nieuw Haamstede by bike and walking across five different paths through the dunes. From north to south: Duinhoevepad (naked) Verklikkerpad, Middenpad, Vuurtorenpad and `t Oude Vuur (naked).
The shortest path through the dunes to the beach of Nieuw Haamstede is the 600m long "Vuurtorenpad". At the foot of "Vuurtorenpad" there is parking for cars and bicycles. A toilet block with washing facility is open 24-hours. At the beach is a beach pavilion which is open during the summer season and where they can also rent beach cabanas and loungers
You can enter the beach at any time of year dates. Dogs are allowed, but must be leashed 10:00 to 19:00. From September 15 to May 15 may dogs run free.
The "Meeuwenduinen" (The Gulls Dunes) (220 ha) are a protected breeding area, in the breeding season March 15 to July 15, the area may be entered only with organized escort, outside this time one may use the marked path to unvergessbaren walks .In Nieuw Haamstede is a small supermarket for daily needs.

Völlig überteuertes Haus mit veralterter Elektrik
Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht.
Lage ist toll, nur leider hat der Eigentümer seit 1960 wohl auch nichts mehr ins Haus investiert.
Gasherd läßt sich nicht ausschalten/ Elektroltg alle Aufputz.
Küche aufgeteilt, Backofen und Mikrowelle einen Raum weiter.Gefrierschrank in der Gästetoilette.
Das Eingangstor defekt
Das Schlafzimmerfenster ließ sich nicht mehr schließen
Insgesamt wirkte die Außenanlage schmuddelig
Ameisennest unter dem Gartentisch. Ich könnte noch weiter aufzählen aber ich denke es reicht!
Für den Preis kann ich sicherlich mehr erwarten.
