The "Inselhaus" was built in 1998 on the sunny island of Usedom in the beautiful seaside resort of Kölpinsee
Our modernly furnished, cosy holiday flat " Apartment 2" in the island house is located in a quiet side street without through traffic and yet central. It is approx. 67 m² in size and offers space for up to 4 people
The last extensive modernisation and renovation was at the end of 2016 and in autumn 2017.
The floors of the entire flat are covered with high-quality tiles
Due to the integrated central heating, year-round use is possible
The living area with the open kitchen and the bathroom are located on the mezzanine floor
The two bedrooms are located in the basement. The larger bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), the smaller bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV.
In the living area, the large flat-screen TV with SAT-TV and a Blu-ray home cinema system invite you to enjoy evening entertainment
The kitchen area has an electric oven, a 4-zone induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. Crockery and cutlery are provided in sufficient quantity. Toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave are also part of the equipment
The flat has its own balcony.
Smoking is not permitted in "Apartment 2". However, there is certainly nothing wrong with a cigarette on the balcony
A well-behaved dog is welcome.
The communal sauna located in the basement (use for a fee with coin deposit) with shower and relaxation area offers additional opportunities to really enjoy your holiday in the cold season
A washing machine with tumble dryer can be used for a small fee (coin deposit). A garden barbecue, rotary clothes dryer and bicycle parking spaces are available for general use.
It is only a few minutes' walk from the flat to the wide, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.

Location and surroundings of object
Kölpinsee is a beautiful Baltic seaside resort in the middle of the island of Usedom and is part of the seaside resort of Loddin. Together with Koserow, Ückeritz and Zempin, these places form the Bernsteinbäder. The central location makes Kölpinsee the ideal starting point for exploring the island
The proximity to nature and the quiet location between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser are special features of the holiday resort of Kölpinsee. The village is named after the 28-hectare lake of the same name. The lake is only about 200 metres from the Baltic Sea and separated from it by a low dune and a protective dyke. Lake Kölpin is about one kilometre long and 350 metres wide. It can be walked around on a circular path.
In our holiday flat you can enjoy your holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the large Baltic Sea resorts at any time of the year without having to completely do without them. Ahlbeck, Bansin, Heringsdorf or Koserow can be reached in a few minutes by bike or by car.
The Kölpinsee railway station, where the Usedom Bäderbahn (UBB) stops, can be reached just as quickly. Restaurants, supermarket and bakery are nearby and can easily be reached on foot.

Kölpinsee can be reached by the Usedom Bäderbahn (UBB) and has its own railway station. It is only a few minutes' walk from the station to our holiday flat (approx. 400 m). Our flat is managed by myUsedom24. In the office in Zinnowitz you will receive the keys to the flat and important information.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für 4 Personen
Wir hatten über Silvester eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit vielen Küchengeräten und Schüsseln, sodass wir gut kochen konnten. Die Schlafzimmer sind im unteren Geschoss, das fanden wir auch sehr angenehm. Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die ich mir auch sehr gut für einen längeren Trip vorstellen kann. Gerne wieder.

wunderbar gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrer liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung, die wir gerne wieder buchen werden. Auch unsere 2 Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt - nicht zuletzt auch durch die angenehme Strandnähe und den Ort Kölpinsee mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir haben die Insel Usedom mit Fahrrädern erkundet und konnten abends immer gut ausspannen und kochen in der toll ausgestatteten FeWo.

Super Ferienwohnung
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr schöner Ausstattung. Strand zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
