Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a quiet location in the resort Fazana. It is located in the Southwest region Istria, opposite the Brijuni National Park. To Pula, the largest Istrian town, is about 5 km, where the airport is located, about 10 km from Fazana.
Around the center of Fazana there are several pebble beaches that promise Badespass. The center of Fazana is 250 meters away, where numerous restaurants, shops, bakery, post office and bank are located.

National Park Brijuni with its 14 islands. From Fazana the archipelago is about 2 km away, and you can reach the islands by boat from Fazana`s harbour.
The islands are known as "Tito` islands "for its vegetation, Roman excavations and the zoo of Josip Broz Tito.
Pula is the largest Istrian town today with its varied history the tourist and cultural center of the region.
Interesting in Pula, the ancient amphitheater also known as Arena, Temple of Augustus, Roman arches, Roman floors with mosaic, Aquarium Pula, Fort and many more.
During the summer months a lot of events take place in the arena and at various places in the city, from exhibitions of art and culture, music concerts to film festivals all there.

Strand nahe Wohnung/unfreundlicher vermieter
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr nah am Strand ,zu Fuß sind es 3 Minuten .
In der Wohnung war es sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Das Ehepaar esegovic wird uns in Erinnerung bleiben .. die eine positiv der André höchst negativ.
Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer war hart wie ein Brett d.h keine Nacht gemütlich geschlafen.
Die Waschmaschine ist bei den Vermietern direkt in der Wohnung.
Wenn man Wäsche waschen möchte muss man das mit der Vermieterin absprechen.
Die Vermieterin sagte uns sie können waschen wann sie möchten, melden sie sich nur vorher.
Als ich dann das erste mal die Wäsche abgeholt habe kam dann vom Vermieter , wir sollten Uns doch an bestimmte Zeiten halten.
In der Hausordnung stand nichts davon , dass man keine Luftmatratzen bzw Schwimmreifen auf den Balkon legen darf.
An einem Tag standen wir mit Luftmatratzen vor der Tür und wollten zum Strand ,als der Vermieter um die Ecke kam und fragte ob wir die Luftmatratzen in die Wohnung mitnehmen.
Natürlich nehmen wir die mit. Sollen wir Die etwa auf dem Parkplatz liegen lassen?
Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren die duschen am Strand gesperrt( wegen Wasser Knappheit)
Wir haben die schwimmreifen aber komplett trocken in die Wohnung gebracht .
Daraufhin kam dann sofort seine patzige Antwort sie sind dann auch das letzte mal hier. So einem den Urlaub zu vermiesen , das ist echt ekelhaft. Und das am zweiten Tag . Danach haben wir den Typen gemieden.
Ein höchst unsympathischer Mann.
In der Wohnung darf man keinen Besuch haben bzw nur mit Erlaubnis.
Wir waren mit Freunden vor Ort und wollten eigentlich abends mal zusammen auf dem Balkon sitzen, das sollte man aber dann vorher anmelden . So ein Heckmeck .. und das im Urlaub wo man eigentlich mal abschalten will.
Da zahlen wir das nächste mal lieber was drauf und haben mit dem Vermieter nix zu tun .
Die Frau von Vermieter war zu jedem Zeitpunkt total freundlich .
Wir waren das 5 mal in fazana , noch nie so eine Erfahrung gemacht.

Danke für die Komplimente, deine Geschichte ist in vielen Teilen nicht korrekt. Für den Fall, dass der Besucher verletzt wird, wer ist verantwortlich, er wurde nicht bei uns registriert und die Verletzung ereignete sich in meiner Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist für 2+2+1 und es gab 2+4 von Ihnen, das Sofa ist nicht zum Schlafen gedacht, senden Sie ein Bild von Ihrem Sofa von zu Hause, damit wir vergleichen können.
Es freut mich sehr Da zahlen sie das nächste mal lieber was drauf und haben mit dem Vermieter nix zu tun. Sag mir Bescheid, wenn du so etwas findest, damit ich es auch ausleihen kann.
