The semi-detached house is very spacious with approx. 110 sqm, modern furnishings and offers space for 6 people upstairs with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each) and 1 bedroom (1 bunk bed). In addition, we offer 1 cot. The in-house sauna (for a fee) and the idyllic, quiet location invite you to relax and unwind. You share the 1050 sqm communal plot with the guests of the other half of the house. Dogs are welcome! Free WLAN and 2 TVs (1 TV in the bedroom) are available

Your holiday home is located about 200 metres from the Bodden (Baltic Sea inlet). The almost untouched sandy beaches (Palmer Ort and Gelbes Ufer) in the Schoritzer Wiek nature reserve invite you to swim, relax and hike. The holiday home is located on the German avenue road, 5 minutes from the Baltic Sea. There is a well-developed network of hiking and cycling paths. The Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin and Göhren are approx. 28 km away. The nearest towns are Garz (6 km) and Putbus (15 km). From here starts/ends the
"Rasende Roland" (narrow-gauge railway).

Zudar is an ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes and also boat trips. This part of the island is almost undeveloped for tourism. Small fishing villages, the unspoilt natural beaches and salt marshes are considered an insider tip.

Easter on Rügen
The house is in a quiet location and is also great for rainy days, as the interior is bright and friendly and also nice and big for children. In the living room, too, you can spread out on the sofas or play/paint at the large table. The two bedrooms are also cosy and large, the kitchen well equipped.
The lawn for running around, playing petanque and the terrace were also great. In addition, the sauna, board games, painting materials and the good service (prompt feedback on questions) - we felt very comfortable.

Very cozy house in a quiet location
Dear Mr. Schröer,
we were absolutely thrilled with your house and the smooth process of booking and communication. It couldn't have gone any better!
The vacation with our two dogs was exactly as we had imagined. It was idyllic, the Bodden is within walking distance, Palmer Ort (the most beautiful beach on the island) is only a few minutes' drive away, simply perfect!
On the only rainy day, we had to change our plans spontaneously and had a sauna day. This luxury suited us very well!
Your house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We hope to vacation with you again next year and until then, eagerly longing for the most beautiful island in Germany, with kind regards.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir hatten sehr tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus Dycke genossen. Das Haus ist sehr modern ausgerichtet, sauber, ordentlich, mit allem was man täglich benötigt ausgestattet. Das Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe von sehr guten Qualität!! Das Haus ist mit zwei Bäder, moderne Sauna, genug Handtüchern und Bettwäsche... Das Möbel ist sehr bequem und im gutem Zustand. Alles war Perfekt!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt vom Haus sind private Parkplätze vorhanden. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, und
wir werden immer wieder gerne dort unsere Urlaub verbringen.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage .
Es ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet.
Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sehr flexibel.

A beautiful holiday home
The holiday home is very high quality and beautifully furnished. Overall, the house is very spacious and offers plenty of room. The large terrace is unbeatable, especially on the nice and sunny days. The surroundings are very quiet and perfect for relaxing. Nevertheless, shopping facilities could be reached within 5 minutes by car. Especially in the evenings on cold days, the sauna was perfect. Overall, everything was beautiful, the house was very clean and well maintained. We will be very happy to come back. Highly recommended!

Super Ferienhaus!
Super Ferienhaus!
Ich war mit Freunden ein paar Tage in dem Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt! Vor allem die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind top! Die zwei Bäder waren auch sehr zum Vorteil und ebenfalls sehr modern eingerichtet. Im einem Bad befand sich die Sauna, welche Platz für ca. 4 Personen hat. Diese wurde mit einem Münzautomaten betrieben. Die entsprechenden Münzen waren bereits vor Ort. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus selber steht für sich allein, sodass man seine Privatsphäre hat. Generell ist das Grundstück mit der Terrasse sehr groß.
Parkplätze befanden sich auch direkt vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich grade einmal 5 Minuten mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Wir waren sehr begeistert und würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.
