Description
This holiday home has just been completely renovated. It is located on the Boulevard Ir de Vassy and has its own entrance and a garden. There is also a private parking space at your disposal. This is a great advantage in Egmond aan Zee, as parking is almost nowhere free of charge, or only allowed for holders of a parking permit.
You enter the holiday home through a large, welcoming door. On the ground floor there is a cosy sitting area with a TV. This has all programmes, including German. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the house. The dining area is very spacious and the brand new kitchen is super equipped and offers every comfort. Think of a combi oven / microwave, a large fridge, a dishwasher and a cooker with four plates (induction cooker).
The bathroom is very luxurious and modern. Here you will find a ground level shower, a homemade piece of furniture and a designer sink with brass tap. Everything is very spacious.
On the upper floor of the house there are two bedrooms, each for two people. One of the bedrooms has a box spring bed for two people. In the other bedroom there are two single box-spring beds. The house is ideal for families or couples. On request, we can provide a cot and high chair. So two adults and 2 children (or a baby) can easily stay in the holiday home.

The house is located only 100 meters from the beach, the dunes and the beach promenade. The village is running just two minutes.
Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the town of Bergen in the province of North Holland. Egmond consists of three villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond-Binnen and Egmond aan den Hoef. Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three villages. Before more than 1,000 years, it became a fishing village but since the beginning of the last century the village is interesting for tourists. Both the fishing and the tourist past are still clearly visible on the cityscape. On the beach promenade is very prominent lighthouse Jan van Speyk which is good to see also from the village.
The wide beach offers numerous opportunities for relaxation: deck chairs, sun loungers, windbreak and beach pavilions. Of course you can also go hiking, swimming, sailing and surfing. In addition, there is the opportunity to participate in various activities such as power kiting or take the canoe over breaking waves. Participation in such activities is certainly an unforgettable beach experience result.
The village offers tourists a lot of entertainment. There are many terraces, restaurants and a shopping center, where everyone will find something. In summer, a weekly event is organized with a lot of village entertainment, which can be admired with pleasure of a terrace on the square Pompplein from.
Egmond aan Zee has plenty of shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafes and of course the beautiful lighthouse.
The shops are open all year round, seven days a week and easily accessible.
Following the development of Egmond aan Zee, the beautiful natural landscape of the North Holland Dune Reserve begins.
Egmond can both beach, as well as a beautiful promenade and a welcoming village center offer. On the beach you are guaranteed to not be bored, because here often many activities are organized. Also Egmond is located in a beautiful area, which is surrounded by extensive dunes. Very close also include other beautiful destinations such as Bergen aan Zee and the forests. Cycling and walking are popular in this area.
Moreover, Egmond aan Zee is located near Alkmaar, a city rich in culture and history for example. the famous cheese market and is worth a visit.

Es war wie immer ein toller Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Egmond ist immer eine Reise wert.

Fantastic accommodation for a holiday by the sea
The accommodation as well as the care by Sabrina was simply terrific. The accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, is clean and very stylishly furnished. From the accommodation, you are only a few minutes away from the beach promenade and can look out over the sea. Furthermore, you can reach the beautiful but small town centre of Egmond in a few minutes. We didn't want for anything and we recommend the accommodation 100%. The accommodation is also suitable for a holiday with a dog, as it is completely fenced in so that the dog can move around freely

Wir kommen wieder!
Dies war seit langem die schönste Unterkunft, in der wir Urlaub gemacht haben. Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, absolut sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und ein sehr netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben aus dem aktuellen Urlaub heraus bereits den nächsten gebucht :-)

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen!!!
Wir können das von uns gemietete Haus "Glücklich am Meer" nur weiterempfehlen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig, da an alles gedacht wurde. Als Willkommensgruß wurden wir sogar mit einem Kuchen überrascht. Jederzeit wieder.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus in einem sehr schönen Ort
Meine Tochter, ich und unsere zwei kleinen Sheltie Hündinnen waren eine Woche lang in ihrem sehr schönen kleinen Haus. Super ausgestattet, ein prima Bett - 50 m zum Strand 100 m zu den Dünen, was will man mehr so schön muss Urlaub sein, und obendrein eine super nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles, sehr modernes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet.
Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist TOP und die Umgebung sehr schön.
Strand nur 100 Meter entfernt und zum Ortskern keine fünf Minuten Fußweg.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne moderne Ferienwohnung in Top Lage. Super bequeme Betten und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und zum Strand 1 Minute zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war auch super und sie sind total nett. Rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub. Bis bald!

Ferienwohnung spitze
Wir, 4 Frauen, haben ein Wochenende dort verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt- 5 Minuten vom Strand und 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt.
Wir waren begeistert über die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung. Alles sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll hergerichtet.
Auch die Betten sehr bequem und z. T. sogar elektrisch verstellbar.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren schon sehr oft in Holland / Egmond - aber diese Wohnung war der HIt!

Super Kurzurlaub mit Kindern
Toll ausgestattetes kleines Häuschen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Auch der schöne Stadtkern von Egmond und Redtaurants/Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Für unseren Aufenthalt mit einem Kleinkind und Baby war alles Nötige vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Häuschen mit super Lage
Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem weil es sich so nah am Strand und der Stadt befindet. Für kleine Kinder ist es nicht unbedingt geeignet aber es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Direkt Wohlfühlen
Wir haben uns sofort richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, modern und sehr sauber. Für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles vorhanden (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc.).Der Strand, ein Supermarkt sowie das Zentrum sind fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
