The 3-room NON-SMOKING flat no. 3 was newly built in 2016 and is located on the 1st floor of the house with 5 residential units
A lift is available. A reserved and marked parking space at the house is also available. Bicycle racks are available outside in front of the house entrance.
All rooms are tiled and have underfloor heating.
The triple glazed windows have electrically operated outside shutters, with the exception of the bathroom and toilet
The balcony is SW facing, approx. 16 sqm in size and can be accessed from the living room and the guest bedroom. With the electrically operated awning you can provide the necessary sun protection
The aluminium balcony furniture is light and can be placed anywhere on the large balcony with the two 80 x 80 tables. Matching balcony chair cushions are also available. 2 adjustable recliners are also available.
The windows and balcony doors are equipped with insect screens.
The sockets close to the floor are equipped with child-proof locks.
TV and radio channels are received via a satellite system.
Telephone calls to the German landline network and WLAN use are free of charge.

The living room with integrated kitchenette and dining area is generously sized and furnished with high-quality leather seating furniture. 2 relax armchairs and a 3 seater couch offer comfortable seating.
A 50" HD flat screen TV with Blue Ray player and a music system with CD player provide the desired entertainment.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg boiler.
The master bedroom with double bed 2.00m x 2.00m on comfort height with adjustable slatted frames and H3 spring mattresses has a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space which is equipped with 2 ceiling-high sliding doors. There is also an ironing board, iron, clothes horse and a short ladder.
A 32 inch HD flat screen TV is part of the equipment in this bedroom.
The guest bedroom with access to the balcony is furnished with a double bed 1.80m x 2.00m at comfort height with adjustable slatted frames and H3 spring mattresses as well as a corner wardrobe with plenty of storage space
An HD flat screen TV 32" is also part of the equipment of this bedroom.
The bathroom with washbasin, toilet, shower and towel dryer has enough possibilities for storing and hanging up bathroom utensils.
The 90 x 90 shower is almost flush with the floor and has a grab bar. A shower stool is also available. A hairdryer and an LED vanity mirror are part of the equipment.
The guest toilet with washbasin, toilet and towel dryer also has sufficient storage space. A washer-dryer is also available here.
The small storage room is equipped with a wall and shoe rack and also offers space for a hoover and cleaning utensils.
The house with lift and the flat are barrier-free and therefore wheelchair accessible. Electric scooters are not allowed in the house or in the lift.

In the North Sea spa resort of Büsum, on the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, you will find this sunny holiday flat at Friedrichstr. 10, just a few steps away from the main beach and the North Sea.
The lively town centre with its numerous shops, cafes and restaurants is also just a 5-minute walk away
5 minutes on foot. Equally close are the swimming pool, medical centre, pharmacy, bakery, bicycle rental and pedestrian zone. Shopping facilities are available in the pedestrian zone, as well as in various supermarkets and discounters on the outskirts of Büsum.

Great holiday apartment, spacious and cozy, well furnished.

Very nice apartment, very well located, close to the beach, swimming pool "Meerzeit", restaurants and also to the bakery. Very clean, beds comfortable and everything there, we felt very comfortable with 4 people and would book this apartment again. Also, there is a collection of games available so that you can pass the time in case of bad weather. Really recommendable?

Tolle Wohnung
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in einer herrlichen Wohnung gehabt. Super Einrichtung, tolle Aufteilung, sehr zentral gelegen. Der nächste Urlaub im Mai 2023 schon gebucht.

Great accommodation
A great place to stay. Because it is not far from the centre or the beach. A swimming pool for young and old is only 7 minutes away. The flat is well equipped and very clean. The furniture is of high quality. There is a lift in the house so that people with walking problems or disabilities have no problems getting into the flat.
There is only one problem if you are travelling with two families. There is only one parking space.
Otherwise, everything was great.

Wunderschön!
Wir waren das 2.x in ihrer Wohnung, diesmal 3 Wochen. Super große Wohnung, mein Mann kommt mit seinem Rollstuhl gut klar.
Diesmal hatten wir Besuch von unserem Enkel und unserer Tochter. Das Kinderbett und der Hochstuhl standen bei Ankunft bereit.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir fahren schon viele Jahre nach Büsum und haben uns noch nie in einer Wohnung so wohl gefühlt - endlich mal keine "Chill-Couch"!
Das die Umgebung etwas unruhiger ist, liegt an der sehr zentralen Lage, das weiß man aber vorher. Top! Kann man nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Eine schöne Wohnung, man hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden, auch für beweglich eingeschränkte Personen geeignet. Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants und Geschäften ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Schöne und moderne Wohnung
An dieser Wohnung ist nichts zu bemängeln. Geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet. Im Bad fällt einem sofort ein hochwertiger Schminkspiegel auf. Selbst daran wurde gedacht. Super! Wir haben uns hier mit zwei Enkelkindern sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese zentral gelegene und ruhige Wohnung 100% weiter empfehlen.

Superb apartment!
A great flat! Everything is of a very high quality and makes you feel at home! ! Very central, after a few steps you are in the pedestrian zone
Great facilities! The washer-dryer IN the flat made our stay with the child much more relaxed. Great big balcony (a windbreak would be great but that's wishing on a high level ;-) ).
As our daughter was unfortunately ill for the entire holiday, we were almost exclusively in the flat for 7 days and the ceiling did NOT fall on our heads
Many thanks for that :-)

Das Beste was wir je erlebt haben an der See TRAUMWOHNUNG
Wie jedes Jahr sollte es ein Seeurlaub sein. Die Wohnung die wir hier in Büsum vorfanden übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. So ein hoch modern und Hightech ausgestattete Wohnung haben wir noch nie angetroffen und das, obwohl wir immer in neue Ferienwohnungen fahren.
Der Luxus begann schon beim Parken. Direkt vor der Haustür Stellplatz vorhanden. TOP
Dann der Eingang mit Treppenhaus und Lift ; Blitzeblank
Die Wohnung der Knaller. Sehr schön geschnitten und große Räume mit einer sehr sehr schönen Ausstattung,komfortabel, sehr modern eingerichtet auch hier alles Tip Top sauber.
Klasse Wohnzimmersitzmöbel und toller Badspiegel mit viel Licht und Kosmetikspiegel alles da.
Wunderschöne Bäder ect. Die Lage lässt sich nur so beschreiben:
Wenige Schritte zum Deich, unmittelbar an der Einkaufsmeile und zu den Restaurants, die übrigens auch alle gut sind.
Wir haben direkt wieder geguckt, wie da Buchungslage für das kommende Jahr ist, aber da waren schon einige schneller, mal sehen wie das noch mal klappt.
Auf jeden Fall können wir alles nur loben und haben keine Einwände. Die Planung läuft also. Es war PERFEKT *****

Besser geht nicht
Leider mussten wir unseren Urlaub vorzeitig abbrechen,weil meine Mutter schwer erkrankt ist.Sobald sich aber die Möglichkeit ergiebt werden wir genau diese wunderschöne Wohnung wieder buchen.Es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts,nah am Wasser,nah am Städchen,mehr geht nicht.

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll ,wir waren schon oft in Büsum aber so schön haben wir es noch nie getroffen.Wollten die Wohnung eigentlich direkt für Weihnachten wieder buchen ist aber leider belegt

Superb holiday flat that leaves nothing to be desired!
This is really a well-equipped holiday flat! On arrival we found our own parking space right next to the house. The staircase and lift are spacious and spotlessly clean - just new. The flat itself is beautifully bright, modern and furnished to a high standard. From the furniture to the kitchen inventory, it is really high quality and everything has been thought of. There is even a washing machine, clothes horse and ironing board/iron should it be necessary. There were also plenty of storage and hanging facilities in both bathrooms, which is often not the case in holiday flats. The entire flat was super clean, all windows are equipped with fly screens, pleated blinds and electric shutters and there was even an electric awning on the large balcony. The location is also great - 5 minutes to the beach and the pedestrian zone.
All in all, we had a great holiday and will definitely come back again!
By the way, it is great that there are still pet-free holiday flats, our son is allergic and that is not so easy to find at the North Sea...

Urlaub von Anfang an
Wir sind mit 4 Personen (Erwachsene) nach Büsum gereist und und sind erst einmal von der Vermittlung Sattler bei der Schlüsselübergabe sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Am StormHus angekommen, fanden wir einen reservierten Parkplatz direkt am Haus vor. Da es sich bei dem Gebäude um einen Neubau handelt, waren wir gespannt auf die Wohnung. Schon das sehr gepflegte Treppenhaus (Aufzug !) ließ uns schönes ahnen. Und wir lagen richtig : fanden wir doch eine super gepflegte Wohnung in der 1. Etage vor, die keine Wünsche offen lies. Die komplette Einrichtung, einschließlich der beider Bäder und des großen Balkons : Note 1+. Hier kann man nicht, hier muss man sich wohlfühlen. Das bezieht sich auch auf die Lage der Wohnung. Zum Deich nur wenige Gehminuten, zum Ortskern ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten, einfach eine geniale Lage. Empfehlung : 5 Sterne sind gerechtfertigt. Wir sagen einfach nur : Danke !

Man kann garnicht alles aufzählen von Fernsehsessel bis ...... Waschmaschine/trockner......
es wurde an der Ausstattung an NICHTS gespart...... über das Haus..... die Lage..... der Hafen und der Strand.... einfach nur sehr schön !!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal. Strand, Zentrum, Sauna/ Schwimmbad sind wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist so ausgestattet, dass jeder Feriengast sich sofort wohl fühlen kann. Es macht Freude, nach einer langen Wanderung in die gemütliche Unterkunft zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!
Wir haben in dieser tollen Wohnung eine Woche Familienurlaub verbracht und waren begeistert. Die Wohnung ist neu und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann.
Große Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum, zwei Badezimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, großer Esstisch, sehr bequeme Sessel im Wohnbereich, kostenloses WLAN und ein großer (fast) immer sonniger Balkon.
Zudem kann man das Auto direkt am Haus abstellen und benötigt es für die restlichen Ferien nicht mehr: Strand/Watt, Deich, Fußgängerzone mit unzähligen Geschäften, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Hafen, Erlebnisschwimmbad...alles ist in weniger als 10 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar!
Toll - wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
