An internal staircase leads to the 1st floor. There is a beautiful bedroom with double bed and balcony with sea views, and a modern bathroom with rain shower head, dual sinks, and access to the rear terrace and the Mediterranean garden. Imagine yourself in the hammock overlooking the sea front, surrounding objects from rosemary and thyme-scented ... - what a luxury!
For outdoor area includes a private garden and the covered terrace, which offers the comfortable lounge area and the dining table protection - the ideal place to grill and long nights in the open for two or to enjoy with the family. VILLETTA CHILLOUT is very well equipped: it has washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating in the bathrooms, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, gas grill, outdoor shower and sunbeds. To get there, a car is essential. High behind the house there is a private parking and from there, a staircase leads to the house.

Eden Rock is located between the town of Pula (7,300 inhab.) And the quiet village of Domus de Maria (1,700 inhabitants), near the spectacular shores of the Mediterranean with stunning sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. It is the perfect alternative for travelers who are looking for a quiet, yet unforgettable place for a relaxing holiday. Although away from the crowds, this exclusive village is located about 1 hour's drive from Cagliari, Sardinia's capital, and about 3 1/2 hours from Olbia, Porto Torres and Alghero. The nearest beach, Cala Martina is just about 1-2 km and the famous and beautiful beaches of Chia, just 5 km away. In Chia 20 km long coastal road towards Teulada begins, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of beaches of incredible beauty.
