Location and surroundings of object
Located on the southern edge of the state capital Dresden.
By car approx. 15 min from the A4 exit Dresden-Wilsdruff, parking in front of the house, from autumn also on the property. From autumn 2016 also storage room for bicycles.
By train it is approx. 15 min from DD main station to Freital-Potschappel, then approx. 400 m to the apartment. Public transport S-Bahn and bus line from and to Dresden.

For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

The apartment / holiday home is newly renovated in 2016. The apartment is on the ground floor. This apartment as well as another apartment are located in a holiday home. There are no other flats available. If available, the whole house with both apartments on both floors can be booked. The keys can also be handed over via the key safe.
