The house "STRELITZIA" is in a rural countryside in the area "PULA" and "Villa San Pietro" with a large Mediterranean garden plot - its own private pool and distant sea views on the horizon - just a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches of this region.
The premises (about 180 square meters), this holiday home are divided into three levels and is designed for max. 8 adults + 1 child.:
On the ground floor there are: kitchen - living / dining area - 1 bathroom with shower / WC / bidet - 1 bedroom with double beds - covered terrace ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
On the first floor there are: 1 bedroom with double beds - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bedroom with double double (small format.) - 1 additional bathroom with shower / WC / bidet and a balcony with distant sea
In the basement with separate entrance is located: A branch of the owner of the holiday home, the only use if work needs to be these premises in the House and maintain the garden and the pool to.
In the large gardens there is: a private pool with deck chairs - 1 large brick barbecue with pizza oven - swings and play equipment for children - volleyball - basketball - covered table tennis - mini golf - and a pavilion with garden furniture for eating and relaxing outdoors.
Additional Aussstattung: washing machine - dishwasher - coffee machine - TV-SAT - refrigerator / freezer - Microwave - Toaster - stereo - DVD player - cot - highchair - heater - outdoor shower - private car parking on the property.

The house "STRELITZIA" is in a rural countryside in the area "PULA" and "Villa San Pietro" with a large Mediterranean garden plot - its own private pool and distant sea views on the horizon - just a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches of the region to PULA and Santa Margherita ,
Shopping / service facilities and restaurants are about 4 km away in the idyllic resort PULA (approximately 6,000 inhabitants.) Added. Excellent restaurants spoil you with Sardinian menus. In the summer months provide in Piazza nightly performances for entertainment and do not get bored. Sports facilities (Water sports - Golf - Tennis - Horse riding) are offered throughout the region. The beautiful sandy beaches of CHIA and Tuerredda are only a few minutes. The nearest sandy beach is NORA in about 6 km. The amusement park "BluFan" with long water slides is just 5 km away. Riding stables nearby. Golfing Club "Is Molas" (18 hole) 8 km away.
The capital CAGLIARI with airport is 25 minutes away by car. Arrival of OLBIA about 3 hours and from ALGHERO approximately hours.
