STANCIJA BENDEK: for 9 + 1 persons, 180 m2, on three floors.
The country villa "Stancija Bendek" is located in a small village, Pustijanci, in an oasis of peace and untouched nature. The house is only a few kilometers away from cultural destinations and major transport routes.
It is a 250 year old house which has been completely renovated in the Istrian style and still meets today's needs and requirements. It offers accommodation for 9+1 people. The interior, tastefully decorated with stone and wood, the airiness of the rooms and the modern equipment make your stay very comfortable and memorable.
There are three double rooms, one triple room, three bathrooms, the large living room with fireplace, the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is available. You can test your cooking abilities in the outdoor barbecue, which is located in the large covered terrace.
Refreshing moments during warm summer days can be enjoyed by the outdoor swimming pool (9x5 m).

In the surrounding area you can take long walks and discover its own small paths or you can also take a bicycle tour in the nearby cycling trails. Near the house there is a bicycle trail, which is 32 kilometers long. You will discover the beauty of this area even more when you visit the historical sites of art, The old castle of the Grimani family in Svetvincenat, where various events take place during the summer (film, etno, jazz ...)

Wunderbare Villa!
Zusammen mit unseren Freunden haben wir eine wunderbare Woche in dieser Villa verbracht.
Die Villa hat voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und komfortabel (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist!). Der Garten ist sehr groß und geräumig.
Der Ort ist ruhig und die Strände in Duga Uvala, Peruski und Kavran sind in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und einfach traumhaft.
Auf jeden Fall werden wir die Villa weiter empfehlen und sicher auch mal im Sommer wiederkommen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre nette Bewertung, aber die Strände im oben genannten Orten sind 25 Minuten entfernt, nicht 5 Minuten. Ich glaube, dass es sich um einen Tippfehler handelt, aber wir möchten keine Verwirrung an zukunftigen Gäste verursachen :) VG
