The designed for 4 persons guesthouse of our property (50 sqm) is completely renovated in typical Tuscan style and equipped to modern standards, such. As with mosquito screens on all windows for the summer, and a heater for the cooler transition evenings.

Tuscany the land of rolling hills, olive groves and cypress avenues.
The old imperial road Via Aurelia accompanied the coastline through the Maremma.
At the height of Piombino, where Elba herübergrüßt, is below Campiglia Marittima 800 km away from Munich, the small, almost unknown town Venturina.
The property is located at the foot of the Apennines on hectares of untouched nature. It is surrounded by an ancient olive grove, pine, cypress and maquis, the stretching up to a small, abandoned quarry.
Again and again one encounters wild turtles, squirrels, lizards, a colorful world of butterflies and songbirds, to nightly fireworks from fireflies when crickets and hitting the nightingales, while far rustle porcupines, boars in the bushes.
Shopping: Venturina - 2 km - everything for daily needs.
Every place the surrounding area has offered a weekly market on the next clothing, linens, housewares fruit, vegetables and foodstuffs.
Beaches and Attractions: Rimigliano (about 9 km), Baratti (12 km), Carbonífera (about 15 km), Torre Mozza (about 17 km) and many more.

A dream!
We reluctantly left but definitely want to come back here. We loved it more than anything.
We fell in love :)
With everything there! The Buca della Fate for snorkeling or the hot springs in Petriolo are wonderful. We also really liked the Golfo de Baratti. Additionally, you can go horseback riding in the wild west style at the Toskana Ranch a few kilometers away. The owners there are very lovely and friendly!
The surrounding towns are a dream. Especially Suvereto! There, on our last evening, we went to eat at Delle Stelle again and stumbled upon a medieval festival with a market, parade, and drummers, which was an absolute highlight at the end!!
We are taking back so many impressions that need to be processed first :)
Markets, beaches, beloved people, and the food ...... and the wine ;)
All in all, a dream!!!

Oasis of peace
great holiday home to relax in, large, beautiful, airy garden, absolute peace and quiet, the nearest neighbour is about 100 m away.
A beautiful bathing beach is approx. 10 km away
Good restaurants and a large supermarket are in the village (approx. 3km)

Beautiful

Cosy, quiet holiday home
Juliana's small holiday home is beautifully situated in a secluded location in a great setting with a large garden.
Juliana is a very sympathetic landlady who likes to give her guests great tips, but never forces herself on them, instead allowing them complete peace and quiet.
However, all tips are worthwhile without exception!

An island of silence
The name of the house is not an exaggeration: House of Peace. The whole complex is so beautiful that we made far fewer excursions than planned and simply lay down in the hammocks with a book or let our eyes wander over the landscape from the vantage point. The song of the cicadas accompanies the day, the call of the owl the nightfall. The small villages in the surrounding area are indeed still picturesque and those who want to dive into the past will find traces of the Etruscans. We will be back.

An oasis of peace in idyllic surroundings
A typical holiday home, simply but practically furnished and very clean. Everything you need for daily holiday life is provided. The villetta is situated in a beautiful park area, pleasantly away from the noise of cars or the hustle and bustle of tourists. Nevertheless, the small village of Venturina Therme, about 2.5 km away, offers every conceivable shopping possibility. Furthermore, there are endless sightseeing destinations in the near and far surroundings. There are also wonderful beaches within easy reach. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and came home absolutely relaxed and happy
from these holidays. We will definitely be back!

Total RECOVERY
We stayed at Villa della Pace for the 3rd time in a row. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for excursions to the enchanting Tuscan villages and towns in the surrounding area. You can also take a day trip to Rome by train. - And after the hustle and bustle of the cities, one likes to come back to the idyllically situated holiday home. Even our two children lay down in hammocks with a book and "chilled"! You feel like you are in another world; just sitting there with a glass of wine and listening to the sounds of nature - wonderful! Where else can you hear nightingales every evening?

Villa della Pace
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten wirklich allen Großstadtstress vergessen. Das Areal, auf dem drei kleine Häuser stehen, ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe für kleine Details gestaltet, so dass man eher das Gefühl hat, man sei hier zu Besuch und nicht Tourist in einem Ferienobjekt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Besitzerin viele Informationen zu Aktivitäten und lokalen Besonderheiten bereit gestellt hat, so dass wir viel Zeit sparen konnten und uns vom ersten Tag an erholen konnten.
