Description
The villa is ideal to enjoy a relaxing holiday either as a couple, with family and with friends. The location on a quiet cul de sac, surrounded by greenery and spectacular views of the sea and the mountains is very relaxing.
The house is well maintained throughout, well equipped and comfortable and provides the outside with its many terraces plenty of room for socializing and for retreat for reading and off. A private swimming pool of 8x4m with a large sun terrace completes the holiday experience. The garden is terraced and planted with many Mediterranean plants.
On the upper living level is the spacious living room with integrated dining room and open kitchen with adjoining large utility room, a separate sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, and another large bathroom.
Both bathrooms on the upper floor have daylight.
A staircase leads from the living area down to two other large bedrooms and a shower room. From this level there are 2 more outputs to the garden and pool terrace.
Splendid views can be enjoyed when you wake up from 3 bedrooms.
The stairs in the living area can be secured by a child grid.
Free Wireless Internet available.
Air conditioning in the lounge and in the 2 bedrooms upstairs.
Fans in the other bedrooms.
Good bed linen, towels and beach towels are included available.
Flat screen TVs in the living room and in 2 bedrooms.
German satellite TV. French satellite TV can be connected in the living room.
In addition to a normal filter coffee machine, there is also an espresso machine (Nespresso capsule machine) and Spanish coffee maker for the stove.

Insect blinds and shutters are on all windows.

The picturesque in the mountains and nature pasted, neat residential area Aldea de las Cuevas (village of caves) offers a beautiful panoramic position with spectacular views of the sea and mountains.
Directly from the house you can enjoying hikes, z. B. on a panoramic trail at the edge of Seguiligebirges along with stunning views of the coast, into the forest and down to the village where you can take in the Tapas Bar a refreshment can.
The charming village of Benidoleig with a good restaurant, a small supermarket, pharmacy, bank and bars can be reached by car in 5 minutes; larger shops can be found about 10 minutes drive away at Ondara in the shopping center La Marina. Benidoleig itself as attraction features the famous Skull Cave Cuevas de las Calaveras as a destination for families and children.
The nearest, even in high season not crowded, long and sandy beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car to El Verger.
After Denia with its historic old town, its beautiful Paseos and long sandy beaches and the marina can be reached in 20 minutes by car, the attractive zoo Terra Natura and Terra Mitica amusement park in Benidorm are within 40 minutes.
On numerous hiking trails behind the residential area you can enjoy nature and mountains.
From the house (with private pool) can be reached in about 10 minutes a system of urbanization with a bar and pool table, a further pool for free use and a tennis court for free use for our guests. Racquets are in the house.

Pure relaxation.
We spent three wonderful weeks at the house La Madriguera. My highlight was the peace and the view. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee, enjoying the peace and the view. Afterwards, I swam my laps in the pool. This is how every day can start. The house is well equipped and everything is clean. We would love to come back.

Un super séjour à la villa Madriguera
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la villa Madriguera.
La maison est très bien équipée, on y manque de rien. Tout à été pensé pour passer un bon séjour.
Je remercie la propriétaire ainsi que Sven et Alicia qui ont été disponible durant notre séjour pour toutes questions.
Je recommande cette villa et nous y reviendrons certainement.

Holiday home in a class of its own!
We felt very comfortable and really didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well-equipped, so that you can work as if you were at home. You rarely find that in a holiday home. The whole thing is rounded off with a local manager who is always available. We will gladly come again.

Wnderschöne Ferienvilla
Wir haben uns wiederum in Ihrer wunderschönen Ferienvilla sehr wohl gefühlt und und prächtig erholt. Das Haus bietet alles, um vom Alltag abzuschalten und neue Kraft zu tanken.Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nichts fehlt. Für nächstes Jahr haben wir erneut gebucht .

Ein Träumchen!
Dieses Haus ist einfach ein Träumchen!
Wir sind typische Ferienhaus-Urlauber und haben dementsprechend schon einige Unterkünfte angemietet. Auf unserer persönlichen Hitliste belegt dieses Haus nun mit Abstand Platz 1!!
Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht.
Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr, sehr gepflegt, größtenteils neu renoviert
(z. B. neue wunderschöne Badezimmer).
Highlight ist definitiv der Ausblick auf das Tal und das Meer. Wir haben den Blick und die Ruhe sehr genossen.
Der Pool bietet eine schöne Abkühlung und ist wie der größte Teil der Terrassen nicht von außen einsehbar.
Die typisch Spanische Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist einfach alles vorhanden was man braucht, vom scharfen Messer bis ausreichend Geschirr, Geschirrspültabs- alles vorhanden.
Genügend Handtücher, Poolspielzeug/ Spiele für die Kleinen (-und Großen) -alles da.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit- vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Sven, der sehr engagierte, nette Hausverwalter vor Ort war stest für uns erreichbar.
Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, besonders wenn man mit mehreren Personen Urlaub machen möchte.

Einfach nur Topp!!!!!
Liebe Familie Schuckelt,
jetzt sind wir schon fast wieder 1 Woche in Deutschland zurück und vermissen die wunderschönen Tage in Spanien und in Ihrem wundervollen Haus!!
Vor allem die Aussicht auf´s Meer mit einem Glas Wein in der Hand !!!!
Es ist sooo toll,dass man in Ihrem Haus einfach das Gefühl hat,man ist angekommen :)
dazu gehört eben ...anreisen, aufschließen,auspacken und der Urlaub beginnt (für mich sehr wichtig Kaffeemaschine an und dann zum Pool und den 1. Kaffee in Spanien trinken) :)
dafür auch einen herzlichen Dank,dass der erste Kaffee /Wasser/ Milch .... für die erste Zeit schon im Haus ist.
Es gibt einfach nichts was in Ihrem Haus fehlt und ist bis im kleinsten Detail alles vorhanden...von Kleenex bis zu Spielsachen im Keller für die kleinsten Gäste( in unserem Fall für Timo 4 Jahre der das so ausdrückte"wie cool ist das denn")
Auch an Pool Spielzeug war genug vorhanden und durch die Luft Banane(und Oma`s &Opa`s Hilfe) kann der kleine Mann fast schwimmen,obwohl er lieber taucht:)
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und von allem ob Porzellan ,Bestecke und Gläser reichlich ...vorhanden!!!
Eigentlich kann ich gar nicht aufhören zu schwärmen aber ich merke dass ich schon wieder "Fernweh" bekomme :)
Eines möchte ich noch erwähnen,ein dickes Danke an Sven Ihren Verwalter in Spanien :) ER ist sofort vor Ort wenn man ihn brauchen sollte !!!! :)
