Description
The holiday home Vista Valle, whose extensive restoration was completed only in 2014 is, quiet and elevated above the valley, at the foot of the village of Casanova Lerrone belonging, embossed on olive-growing local part Degna. This comfortable property is part of a typical Ligurian village house complex. Directly from the paved village road to reach the separate entrance via a short rostrum. The apartment rustically furnished is located on two floors and has an area of 110 square meters spacious. On the ground floor are the entrance hall with a cabinet made of pine wood and the furnished with a comfortable sofa and wicker chairs living room. For entertainment you will find an extensive collection of books, a phono device for playing existing CDs, the satellite TV for your gatherings and a DVD player and a video player for the movies of children. Both bedrooms feature a homely atmosphere and extremely relaxing iron beds of 180x200. Equipped with these are quality German slats and brand foam mattresses. Two modern bathrooms with shower and plenty of counter space and real glass doors in front of the showers complete the picture. With the exposure of some stone walls and the preservation of existing chestnut beams and wooden ceilings has been able to maintain the originality of the house as a farmhouse. A wooden staircase, which can be secured for the little ones with a stair gate, you reach the one floor deeper dining kitchen with rustic wooden ceiling and Arcen stone. The "brick" kitchenette offers all the amenities of a technically modern kitchen and a full complement of good electrical appliances, kitchen tools and cooking utensils. From the rustic dining area with nostalgic kitchen table, stylish wooden bench and comfortable wicker chairs the gaze falls through the windows on our overgrown with oak and chestnut mountain across the valley. are adorned the rooms by thunderstorms, yet really "old" furniture. From the kitchen you reach directly the private garden with several furnished terraces, romantic garden house (Casetta) and a POOL for sole use. Here you will find just the access to the large utility room with washing machine.
GARDEN AND POOL: The garden with its walls of old local stones discloses its rustic charm. The view over the surrounding olive groves, the forested mountains of the valley right up to the Passo di Ginestro and down towards Alassio. Proximity to the sea is clearly noticeable. Oleander, rosemary and lavender spray their scents. Olive, laurel and cypress trees donate shade. Under a berankten with pergola it can be excellent breakfast on the furnished breakfast terrace. The equally large furnished garden shed (Casetta) with tiled countertop and brick barbecue fireplace animate to extensive siesta. Immersed in pure nature you can unwind on the comfortable deck chairs and loungers admirably. A steel wall round pool of 4,20x1,20 provides the necessary cooling. For the children there is a decent range of outdoor and water games.
CHILDREN: The house is suitable for children of all ages. The rooms are spacious, the garden and the pool you do the rest. In the master bedroom is a place for your packed Kinderreisebettchen. We also offer the option of high-quality bed guard in bed the "Great" to sleep. A baby monitor brings carefree patio evenings. Moreover, there is a stair gate (without Fußangel), a stool for the sink and a robust adjustable highchair. Vehicle traffic in front of the house is minimal and the landscape around like a big adventure playground.

LOCATION: The idyllic village is located in the green hinterland of the nearby Riviera delle Palme with the famous seaside resort of Alassio, the picturesque fishing village of Laigueglia and the commercial town Albenga with its historic old town. It is located at about 330 meters above sea level in a valley towards the sea opening of the Ligurian Alps. The rows of mountain ranges that rise in this area up to 2000 meters, form a magnificent backdrop. They allow long walks all levels of difficulty and mountain biking adventurous single trails. The coastal paths invite you to impressive bicycle tours, especially the 24 km Pista Ciclabile del Parco Costiero between San Lorenzo and Ospedaletti (San Remo), bike hire in the coastal town. The nearby sea and the marinas of Alassio, Loano & Co offer all possibilities of water sports like sailing, surfing, kite surfing and more. Loano has a well-equipped dive center. In our neighboring Garlenda there is a passing of silvery green olive trees fantastically beautiful and challenging 18-hole golf course, a well-maintained tennis courts with various indoor and outdoor courts, and riding stables with riding school. There are a variety of cultural, sporting and popular events. Particularly noteworthy are the International Fiat 500 meeting in July in Garlenda, the grandiose fireworks and musical events to Ferragosto (August 15), the wine festival in Ortovero and the music festivals in Laigueglia and Villanova. The announcements along the roads are not to be overlooked. Refreshment brings a passage through the icy halls of the caves of Toirano. In Ceriale is in an area of 80,000 square meters of versatile aqua park Le Caravelle with various pools, slides and other playground equipment. Exotic, green and flourishing, the Hanbury Gardens at present Ventimiglia. INFRASTRUCTURE: In Degna itself we have a sweet little shop with products of the country, gifts and ceramics. + In the main town Casanova Lerrone there are a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and Bruna Sabrina food shops, Pietro's tobacconist with magazines, the post office, a bar under trees and two farmhouses with good Ligurian cuisine. + In the neighboring Vellego the sensational Ristorante "Pinocchio" by Gian Domenico with 15 courses best Ligurian food is at a reasonable price. + In the nearby Garlenda there are among others a cash machine, tourist information and excellent Pizzeria "Frantoio". + A little further down the valley, in the walled Albenga, can be found in and on the flower-filled streets and squares just about everything you need for body and soul. + The coastal town of Albenga and Alassio leave no shopping wishes.
BEACHES: The Ligurian coast is rich in beautiful seaside resorts. Many have been awarded the "Blue Flag". Of particular popularity, the km long azure Baia del Sole between Alassio and Laigueglia because of its gently sloping natural sandy beach. This stretch of beach is especially suitable for children !!! The Bagni lined up colorful, like pearls on a string, each other. In the pretty Bagni St. Tropez we have a special agreement for our guests. The picturesque fishing village of Laigueglia with its bars / cafes, ice cream parlors, quaint shops, pizzerias and restaurants just near the hotel from here. + Friends of Nature beaches found between Finale Ligure and Varigotti two large, framed by rocky bays with wide pebble beaches.
TRAVEL TIMES: The Riviera and its hinterland offer, with a few exceptions, every season a temperate climate with pleasant temperatures. The summers are not too hot, winters are mild, the spring very pleasant and the autumn until November still wonderfully warm in most cases. Certainly not every day is radiantly beautiful, otherwise the hinterland would not be so green, but keep the rainfall within manageable limits. So it is not uncommon that you can enjoy until October the warm sea and stroll around the turn on the promenades and also can dine. For the not so nice days, the region offers a variety of options such as excursions to interesting cities and museums, hiking and biking tours along the coast or through the green, in autumn yellow and red colored mountains.

Relaxing family vacation in a quiet mountain location
We had a relaxing 13 days in the beautiful house located on a hillside away from the coastal bustle. It is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. The contact with the landlords via WhatsApp was also very nice and helpful. If you like it quiet and don't mind that it takes about 30 minutes to get to the coast by car, this is the perfect place. The pool provides a good refreshment in between and you will always find a shady or sunny spot in the beautifully landscaped terrace garden on several levels. Lush nature all around! :-)

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Vista Valle. The house and the garden are really great, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was available for our two-year-old granddaughter, even a "pool noodle" The kitchen is perfectly equipped, to our delight there was even an ice cream maker. We can highly recommend the delicious olives and jams from the cellar. The contact with the hosts was very friendly and pleasant. we can recommend this house with the wonderful view to everyone who wants to avoid the hustle and bustle of the coast.

Dream house
We spent a dream holiday in this fantastic house. The house is simply perfect and lovingly and very tastefully planned and equipped down to the smallest detail, architecturally a small masterpiece. We immediately felt at home. Everything was extremely clean and cosy with high-quality materials. And then the way into the garden! This view into the Lerrone valley! The many terraces, the pool, we couldn't get enough of it. We often had to decide whether to go for a walk or just stay on one of the many terraces. The view is pure meditation. The way into the mountains or down to the sea is always beautiful because it leads through this dreamlike landscape. We were lucky that the landlords were present in the neighbouring house at the same time. They gave us lots of tips. And their presence, their so nice and loving manner made us very happy. The two holiday flats are completely separate and cannot be seen. We were thrilled, it doesn't get any better than this, we will be back and hope to see Krista and Peter again.

Oasis of peace
Casa Vista Valle is indeed an oasis of peace in the midst of Ligurian mountains. The house is very well equipped, well maintained and very clean. We were especially happy about the fly screens in front of the windows and the possibility to darken the bedrooms properly. We spent a lot of time on the pool terrace with our children (3 and 5 years old) and were also happy about the great equipment: garden chairs and deck chairs with proper cushions, side tables, parasol, pool noodle & Co
Since the house is built on a slope, the various terraces belonging to the holiday home are connected by relatively steep natural stone stairs. This was very manageable for our children, but for much younger children it would be rather difficult. Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure in the village of Degna, so that in principle all trips have to be made by car - if there are small children with you. (Otherwise you can hike or ride a racing bike, mountain stage). You have to be prepared for that. But in return, the place is totally quiet
The contact with the landlords was very friendly and they always try to help with any questions or needs
Due to the seclusion and the well-equipped holiday flat, we had a relaxing holiday (despite Corona) and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Liebe Feriengäste, vielen Dank für die Abgabe einer Bewertung. Was uns etwas irritiert ist die Bewertung des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses. Sie schreiben, dass das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Es hat eine Fläche von 110 qm, besitzt 2 vollwertige Schlafzimmer, 2 Duschbäder, einen Garten und Pool in Alleinnutzung. Weshalb dann der Abzug? Mit einer eingeschränkten Infrastruktur muss man in ligurischen Bergdörfern rechnen. Immerhin ist man in 5 Autominuten im Hauptort mit Alimentari, Apotheke und Bar. Dies geht aus unserem Internetauftritt auch klar hervor.

Beautiful holiday home in the Ligurian mountains
We spent a wonderful and relaxing 3 weeks as a family with 2 children in this wonderful holiday home away from the hustle and bustle.
The high expectations raised by the good reviews were met and even exceeded. The equipment and location of the holiday home are perfect and created a holiday feel-good atmosphere from the first day. We were able to set off directly from the front door for mountain bike tours as well as hikes in the Ligurian mountain landscape. Our children loved the pool, but the very beautiful beaches of Alassio and Laigueglia were also within easy reach. We also made use of the many lovingly compiled tips from the hosts in the guest folder - in particular we followed the restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed. All in all, a perfect holiday with very nice and caring hosts! Thank you very much!

Traumurlaub
Wir haben einen hervorragenden Sommerurlaub mit unseren drei Kindern in diesem wunderschönen und einzigartig gelegenen Ferienhaus verlebt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es verfügt über mehrere traumhafte Terrassen, einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem wir sehr viel Zeit verbracht sowie die absolute Ruhe genossen haben. Die Kinder waren sehr glücklich über den Pool. Da wir gerne kochen, haben wir die tolle Austattung der Küche sowie die regionalen Produkte der Umgebung genutzt, sind aber auch einigen, der vielen tollen Restauranttipps gefolgt und haben eine hervorragende ligurische Küche genossen. Ein total erholsamer Urlaub mit vielen schönen Eindrücken- absolut empfehlenswert!

a wonderful holiday resort...
It was a very nice holiday home. Beautifully situated in the countryside. Lots of sun (already) in the Easter period. The holiday home is very well equipped. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Everything imaginable is available in the kitchen. The landlords have put together and provided many ideas for excursions and day trips. Excellent. During the day on the road, the outdoor area invited in the morning and evening to linger on different terrace levels (slope).

Ein Sonnenparadies für die Herbstferien
Schon zum zweiten Mal haben wir das ligurische Degna als Ziel für die NRW-Herbstferien auserkoren und kamen voll auf unsere Kosten. Die Fewo ist auch mit Kleinkind sehr zu empfehlen, man vermisst einfach NICHTS und kann wunderbar entspannen.
Wir hatten jedes Mal Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten fast täglich sonnenverwöhnt draußen frühstücken, während unsere Heimat im Regen versank. Selbst Anfang November war es möglich, am Strand zu liegen und im Meer zu baden.
Danke an die Gastgeber, die stets versuchen, den Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten!

Traumhaftes Haus abseits vom Trubel
Unsere fünfköpfige Familie durfte 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus wohnen und wir haben es vom ersten Tag an genossen.
Unsere Erwartungen waren laut Beschreibung und der vielen sehr guten Bewertungen hoch und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Es trifft alles genauso zu, wie beschrieben. Ich kann mich unseren Vormietern nur anschließen und würde alles nur wiederholen. Dieses Haus ist durch seine hervorragende Ausstattung (von der Autoluftpumpe über Mörser, Kochbücher, elektrische Zitruspresse, Bügelbrett, Luftmatratzen für die Kinder, Kompass-Wanderkarten! bis hin zu mehreren Grills, um nur einiges zu nennen:-) ), der absoluten Sauberkeit und der fantastischen Lage, abseits von dem Trubel in Finale oder Allassio, mit seinen traumhaften Terrassen absolut nur weiter zu empfehlen! Und der sehr nette Kontakt mit den Vermietern rundet das ganze noch ab!

ganz, ganz tolle Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhe und schöner Landschaft/Umgebung
Es war wie beschrieben: alles ganz toll. Super und wirklich überkomplett ausgestattet. Alles sehr neu und gepflegt und absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch die CD-Sammlung hätte aus unserem Regal stammen können. Der terrassenförmig angelegte Garten mit Pool und mehreren Grillmöglichkeiten wurde ständig von uns genutzt. Absolut ruhig und eine tolle Aussicht. Manche Tage haben wir nur am Haus verbracht, so schön war es da. Aber auch andere Ausflüge konnten gut von dort gestartet werden. Die Gästeinformationsmappe hat dafür gute Dienste geleistet.
Der bereitgestellte Korb mit leckeren Lebensmitteln für den Anfang war auch ganz nett. Und die Kaltgetränke im Kühlschrank für die Kids.
Auch unseren beiden Söhnen (12,15) hat es dort trotz kleinem Örtchen und fehlenden Wlans sehr gut gefallen.
Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Wunderschönes und komfortables Ferienhaus
Wir waren als Familie mit drei Personen in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus, welches durch viel Liebe sorgfältig eingerichtet und gepflegt ist. Es war neben jeder Menge Platz und neuester Technik alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten und noch vieles mehr. Am meisten haben wir die Stunden am Pool und auf der Terrasse mit phänomenalem Ausblick genossen. Das zauberhafte Dörfchen und seine herzlichen Bewohner waren einfach Klasse und wir haben uns direkt in die Region verliebt. Die Vermieter haben uns zudem jede Menge wertvoller Tipps zu Ausflugszielen,Stränden sowie Essensmöglichkeiten gegeben und waren immer für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne in dieses top Objekt wieder und werden es weiterempfehlen.

Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Nach einer langen und nervenaufreibenden Anfahrt (Autopanne) konnten wir mit Eintritt in das Haus unseren Urlaub genießen und entspannen. Die mit Liebe zum Detail ausgebaute und mit viel Wärme und Herzlichkeit eingerichtete Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch das toll angelegte Grundstück mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten bot vor allem unseren Kindern viel Bewegungsmöglichkeit. Der Hit war natürlich der Pool.
Beeindruckend war auch der Blick ins Tal, den wir zu jeder Mahlzeit genießen konnten.
Leider vergingen die zwei Urlaubswochen viel zu schnell.
Lieben Dank noch einmal an die Vermieter, die uns vor und auch während des Urlaubes mit tollen Tipps (Infomappe/ Telefonate) aber ganz besonders auf der Hinfahrt mit ihren Italienisch-Kenntnissen unterstützt und begleitet haben.

Traumhaftes Haus!
Ein wunderbares, großes und top ausgestattetes Haus in den Bergen. Traumhafter Blick, totale Ruhe und einfach nur Entspannung pur. Wir waren bisher in keinem besseren Haus. Besonders angemerkt sei die Ausstattung, angefangen mit einem leckeren Willkommensgruß, über eine vollständige Küche (fast besser als daheim) bis hin zu all den kinderfreundlichen Dingen, wie Kinderstuhl, Absperrgitter, Spielsachen und der tolle Pool :) Dank der Vermieter verpasst man auch kein Highlight in der Umgebung, sie standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bitte machen Sie weiter so, es war ein Genuß.

Ein Traum
Vista Valle topt die Casa al Vento. Pool und Grillplatz einfach Spitze, für unsere 3 Kinder war es immer eine schwere Entscheidung Pool oder Meer. Es wurden Ausflüge nach Monaco, San Remo und Nizza unternommen. Wir sind nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen. Dieses Ferienhaus ist eine Empfehlung wert. Die Ruhe in den Hügeln ist ausgesprochen erholsam, wenn man wie wir aus einer Großstadt (Hamburg, Berlin) kommt. Danke liebe Vermieter für diese Oase in Ligurien.

Wir haben mit zwei Ehepaaren einen wunderbar, entspannten Urlaub in diesem bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht! Die Angaben haben nicht zuviel versprochen und unser Urlaub begann mit dem Eintritt in das wunderbar restaurierte, mit allem Komfort ausgestattete, ligurische Dorfhaus. Der Vermieter hat es verstanden, den ursprünglichen Charme des Hauses zu erhalten. Wir haben den großzügigen Garten und den Pool genossen, in der bestens ausgestatteten Küche sehr gerne und ausgiebig gekocht. Erwartet wurden wir mit einem Korb ligurischer Spezialitäten. Es war wunderbar ruhig und erholsam, das Ferienhaus immer unser Zufluchtsort nach einem Strandtag oder dem Besuch umliegender Dörfer und Städte. Der Vermieter hat mit viel Mühe eine Gästemappe zusammengestellt, mit vielen guten Tipps für Unternehmungen. Die beschriebene Bar in Villanova ist toll, wir waren fast jeden Tag da. Die Restauranttipps waren super. Dezent im Hintergrund war der Vermieter immer ansprechbar und bot sogar an, z.B. einen Tisch im Restaurant für uns reservieren zu lassen. Bepackt mit leckerem Öl aus der Ölmühle der Umgebung und super Marmelade, die der gute Geist des Hauses zubereitet, sind wir wieder nach Hause gefahren. Hier waren wir bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal!

Kleinod in den ligurischen Bergen
wir, Ehepaar mit zwei Jungs, hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Casa Vista Valle. Die Zeit reichte natürlich nicht annähernd aus, um die vielen Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps des Vermieters auszuprobieren. Nach interessanten Besichtigungen, Badeaufenthalten an Naturstränden war die Heimkehr in das, in absoluter Ruhe gelegene Haus immer beeindruckend. Hier konnte man sich wirklich zu Hause fühlen. Die schönen Räumlichkeiten, die komplett ausgestattete Küche, der Garten mit seinen diversen Terrassen inmitten purer Natur und nicht zuletzt der Pool, der an den Abenden gerne genutzt wurde. All das trug zu einem perfekten Urlaub bei. Die Woche war viel zu kurz ind hat Appetit auf mehr gemacht. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Perfektes Domizil für Urlaub vom Alltag
Im Juli 2015 haben wir mit 3 Personen zwei absolut entspannte Wochen in der Vista Valle verbracht. Das schnuckelige Bauernhaus hat uns vom ersten Moment an mit seinem Charme eingefangen, was nicht nur an der durchdachten, stilvollen und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgeführten Sanierung des alten Gebäudes lag. Es war auch der überaus herzliche und authentische Empfang durch die Vermieter, welche zeitgleich im Nachbarobjekt anwesend waren. der von ihnen zusammengestellte Begrüßungskorb, der uns in der Küche erwartete, überraschte mit vielen Köstlichkeiten der Region, die uns am Samstag Abend ein stressfreies Ankommen ermöglichten, ohne sich Gedanken über Einkauf und Verpflegung für das erste Wochenende machen zu müssen. Dafür Danke! Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hauses ist vom Wohnzimmer über die beiden separaten Bäder und Schlafzimmer bis zur Küche und schließlich den 4 Terrassen durchdacht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Selbst unsere im Vorfeld der Anreise gestellte Frage nach einem Mörser und anderer in einer FeWo nicht unbedingt üblicher Küchenutensilien wurde positiv beantwortet. Der Gipfel des Genusses waren die Kräuter und das Zitronenbäumchen auf der wunderschönen Poolterrasse, welche wir täglich frisch zum Kochen ernten konnten. Die Lektüre des Gästeordners empfiehlt sich vom ersten Tag an, da er den Aufenthalt und das Erleben der Region ungemein erleichtert. Vom Einkaufstipp des örtlichen Alimentari über Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps bis zur Anmietung eines Liegestuhls im Bagni an der Küste bleiben keine Fragen offen, höchstens der Wunsch nach einem erneuten Urlaub im Vista Valle! Die Natur, der traumhafte Ausblick, die sagenhafte Ruhe nebst abendlicher Glühwürmchenshow hat uns in dieser Zeit geerdet und tiefenentspannt! Wir durften gelebte Gastfreundschaft genießen! Dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank!

The friendly people, the gorgeous landscapes, the culture, the music and the food ... just great. Again and again it has led us to the Italian Riviera. Have we mainly admired the coasts at a young age, we discovered sometime also the mountains. The beginning of a long friendship. It came, yanking it began searching for something of your own.
