The apartment is well maintained and is very quiet, near the forest. It has 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each with bathroom en suite. The large living room with open kitchen you will find everything they need, from the dishwasher, on the microwave, the oven and crockery, cutlery, knives and pots in sufficient numbers. Stereo and satellite TV with international channels are also available. On the large terrace you can sunbathe without prying eyes of others, it is hard to see. At a large table, you can take your meals. Since the apartment has underfloor heating, it is also to use in winter.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is situated near the beautiful, original fishing port of Cala Figuera. Here you will find several bars and restaurants overlooking the sea and the bay. The nearby beaches of S'Amarador and Cala Mondrago can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The 6km away Santanyi invites you to stroll. There's supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques, a gas station and div. Cafes. Twice a week, takes place one of the most famous and biggest markets in the island here. Interesting is the village church in Santany with its famous organ. For Cala Santany, Cala Llombards and Cala Salmonia there are only a few kilometers. The dream beach 'Es Trenc' can be reached within 13 km. There is a possibility for surfing and sailing. For golfers we recommend Val d'Or, the nearby golf course.
The surrounding area is all year round perfect for hiking and cycling.

| The price for 2 persons and night is the year 90 euros because we have to heat our house in winter. For each additional person we charge 10 euros per night. For a stay of 2 weeks is carried out after a week an intermediate. The linen is changed, cleaned the bathrooms, vacuumed the floor and mopped. Apartment to feel good
A very nice, quietly located holiday flat with a large terrace. Cala Figuera can be reached on foot in 15 minutes via a beautiful path. We (2 couples) felt very comfortable and would like to come back.

Very, very nice holiday flat in a fine quiet location
We (2 persons) were there in August this year and felt very comfortable.
A beautiful flat with everything you need to be self-sufficient. Great view from the terrace
Good starting point for excursions, especially if you want to get to know the south-east of the island better and not to forget ----very nice, friendly and uncomplicated landlords.
Maybe we will see each other again soon....

Very nice, quiet holiday flat
My husband and I spent 10 very nice, relaxing days here.
Unfortunately, the weather was not so nice, so we could hardly use the great terrace. ?
But we really appreciated the underfloor heating and the German TV programme.?
From here you can make many beautiful (cliff) walks and afterwards stroll through Cala Figuera.
A car is an advantage.
The description of the apartment and the other reviews are very accurate.

An oasis of well-being!!!
After 3 months of Corona break, we stayed for 10 days in the beautiful flat Es Pi. Everything looks just as beautiful as in the pictures. A little dream furnished with great attention to detail by the owners. Everything was tip-top, spotlessly clean. We felt at home from the first moment in this spacious flat with a huge terrace. We were able to spend an all-round relaxed, peaceful holiday here, despite corona restrictions. There were no restrictions worth mentioning for us, we felt safe at all times. We will definitely come back again and again.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Top-Lage
In allen belangen eine sehr wertige und gepflegte Ferienwohnung - Küchenausstattung, Bäder mit mehr als ausreichend Hand- und Badetücher, Betten, Terrasse. Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Ruhige Lage mit der Möglichkeit zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort zu gehen. Der Weg führt idylisch über Treppen an Buchten und Fischerbooten vorbei. Gute Restaurants gibt es im Ort. Stände sind am besten per Auto in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Ein Auto ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Santanyi ist in 10 Minuten und Palma in 45 Minuten gut erreichbar.

Mallorca, wo es am schönsten ist.
Wir waren zum vierten Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Es ist immer wieder ein Aha-Erlebnis dort an zu kommen. Wir fühlen uns wie daheim. Keine Hotels, kein Rummel. Von der Terrasse aus geht der Blick in unendliches Grün. Besonders abends ist dieser Platz eine Streicheleinheit für die Seele. 150 Meter links die Straße entlang, kommt man auf einen kleinen Pfad mit ca. 100 Treppen. Jede Treppe bietet einen neuen, umwerfenden Blick auf den idyllischen Fischerort Cala Figuera. Unten angekommen, spaziert man direkt am Wasser entlang und kann sich an der Schönheit dieses Ortes kaum satt sehen. Ein paar Restaurants am Ende des Weges lassen keine Wünsche offen und man sitzt dort wie im Paradies.
Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr sauber. Die große Terrasse lädt zu jeder Tageszeit zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und gibt jedem Gast das Gefühl herzlich willkommen zu sein. Die Buchung klappt problemlos. Es ist nur nicht leicht, einen freien Termin zu finden, da die Wohnung sehr begehrt ist. Also, überlegen Sie nicht zu lange. Ein Besuch in der schönsten Ecke Mallorcas lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Wunderbar!
Wir haben die Wohnung genauso vorgefunden wie diese auch beschrieben war. Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis hin zur Ausstattung war alles perfekt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen, versprochen!!!

Höchster Komfort in wunderbarer Lage
In dieser Ferienwohnung fühlen wir uns wie zuhause. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Handtücher sind mehr als nötig vorhanden und sogar Strandhandtücher verbrauchen in unserem Koffer keinen Platz, da auch diese gestellt werden. Wir reisen mit zwei Kindern, mittlerweile 6 und 13 Jahre alt. Mit Kleinkind sehr zu empfehlen, wer Wert legt auf Sauberkeit und Vollausstattung. Das Reisegepäck ist sowieso schon reichlich, da fängt die Entspannung schon beim Packen an, da eine Ferienwohnung wartet, die ihre Gäste mit allem empfängt. Darüber hinaus ist vor Ort eine liebevolle Betreuung als Ansprechpartner für alle Fälle. Auf der riesigen Terrasse haben wir gerne Mittagspausen und entspannte Abende verbracht, immer den Duft von Pinien in der Nase. Herrlich ruhig und doch in knapp 20 Minuten durch den Hafen von Cala Figuera spaziert, um dort Essen zu gehen oder etwas zu trinken. Mit den Kindern ein abwechslungsreicher Spaziergang, so gibt es doch immer was zu gucken - Schiffe, Fische, Fischer, Netze, große und kleine Boote, Krebse....
Ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist zu empfehlen, ohne viel Strandgepäck lassen sich die umliegenden Buchten auch wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad anfahren. Ausflüge in die unmittelbare Nähe sind sehr abwechslungsreich - nette Orte, Märkte, Strände - und wer Palma mag, fährt mit dem Auto auch dorthin in ca. 40 Minuten.
Wir fahren immer wieder gerne in diese tolle Unterkunft in einer der schönsten Ecken Mallorcas!

She is Czech, but speaks excellent German and Spanish and lives in our neighborhood. Upon arrival, they set on our house and gives you the keys and is also your contact if you need some.
