Our modernly furnished holiday bungalow (approx. 30 sqm) has a bedroom with double bed (1.40 x 2.00), a living room with fireplace, couch and dining table, kitchen, bathroom with shower. In the living room the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00). A satellite TV with DVD player invites you to relax, radio with USB connection is available. In the bedroom there is also a DVD player.
In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, a four-plate Ceran cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, usual kitchen accessories and all the crockery you need.
The house has a terrace on the south side, which invites you to eat, drink and linger. A parking space for the car (gravelled area) is available on the street. Part of the property is meadow, since November 2021 with barrel sauna, another part of the property is natural. Slope. Accessible from the road via the car park down some steps (stairs with railing)

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage is located in the village of Goldlauter Heidersbach, directly on the Großer Beerberg (982m). Mountainous, hilly location. The towns of Suhl, Oberhof and Zella-Mehlis are in the immediate vicinity. A wide range of leisure activities in scenic surroundings make a trip to Goldlauter Heidersbach a wonderful experience for small families, couples or singles. The house is ideal for hiking and cross-country skiing and excursions in the surrounding area. Ideal for 2 persons. Gladly with dog.

Cute nicely situated holiday home
We are very satisfied with the equipment, the cleanliness and the location of the holiday home. It is ideally located for exploring the area. We felt comfortable and will recommend it to others
Perhaps it would be better to move the chimney access from a horizontal to a vertical position so that the smoke can escape better. It was very pleasant for us.

Das Ferienhaus war in einem unsauberen Zustand keine Endreinigung.Schwarzschimmel in der Dusche, Bettwäsche unzureichend,Fussboden im Wohnzimmer sehr schmutzig,das Bad entspricht nicht den heutigen Ansprüchen.verschmutzte Gartenliegen,Grillrost verkeimt
Kann man leider nicht weiter empfehlen.Haben Fotos als Beweiss der Vermieterin zugesand.

Wir hatten eine Rohrverstopfung zu beseitigen. Deshalb ist die Endreinigung am Anreisetag leider spartanisch ausgefallen. Familie F hatten wir informiert. Eine Nachbesserung wurde abgelehnt. Wir haben trotzdem aus Kulanz einen Teilbetrag erstattet.

Super holiday home
It was a very nice holiday, the cottage is very nice and everything there what you need.the sauna Lad to relax. it was very clean and a beautiful environment .we will definitely come again .

Anmerkung
Feriehaus ruhige lage..die stufen sind viel zusteil..Zugang zum Haus mit Beton..Beton ausgebrochen..Gefahr das man sich die Füße verletzt. Außenbereich sehr ungepflegt..Brennessel..Diesteln..Das Bad endspricht nicht dem heutigen Standard.Keine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche..Wohnzimmertür lässt sich schlecht schließen..Alle Mobiliare auf den engsten Raum gstellt..als Bungalow kann man diese Unterkunft nicht bezeichnen.

Bungalow = eingeschossiges Haus mit eher flachem Dach, oft verwendet in Verbindung mit Ferienhäusern oder Sommerhäusern.
Ablage in der Dusche ist vorhanden. Türen schließen.
Der zum Haus gehörende Außenbereich ist geteilt in "naturbelassen" und "gemäht".
Hanglage. Es steht eine Terrasse zur Verfügung. Die Treppe hat durchgängig einen einseitigen Handlauf.

Freundlich, verbindlich, entgegenkommen
Leider musten wir unseren Besuch im Ferienhaus Schmidtchen kurzfristig krankheitsbedingt absagen. Deswegen kann ich zum Haus selbst leider nichts sagen. ABER: Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Schmidtchen war immer nicht nur freundlich, sondern herzlich. Er antwortete stets rasend schnell und vebindlich. Und bei unserer kurzfristigen Absage war er extrem entgegenkommend. Danke an dieser Stelle nochmal dafür!
Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen!
