You can use a lovingly renovated flat - on the first floor - of a total of 50 m² with a bedroom (ceiling height 2.00 m) with double bed (with height-adjustable headboard), a living room with additional sleeping possibility (sofa bed for 2 persons), a kitchen, shower and separate WC
Extra beds are available by arrangement. From the large balcony you have a view of the greenery.
There is a parking space directly in front of the house.

Neustadt in Saxony is a small Saxon town, surrounded by mountain forests, founded in 1333, in a unique landscape in eastern Germany, characterised by the beauty of Saxon Switzerland and the characteristic forests and mountains of the Lusatian Mountains
Neustadt offers its guests a wide range of experiences, from the Neustadthalle with a varied programme of events, the local history museum, several restaurants, including the local mountain "Götzinger Höhe", where you can take a leisurely hike.
In the immediate vicinity are the well-kept city park and the well-known indoor swimming pool "Mariba" with a large sauna area. Several shopping facilities are within walking distance as well as supermarkets nearby.
The location of the holiday flat in the centre of the town, 5 min. to the market place, offers various possibilities for excursions and hikes by bus, train and by car. The Saxon Switzerland National Park is 15 km away. The border crossing to the Czech Republic is 10 km away
Dresden with its many world-famous sights can be reached in about 40 minutes (35 km) by car. The bus stop "Neustadthalle" of the direct line 261 to Dresden is about 5 minutes away on foot.

Beautiful apartment - not designed for giants
A beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment in a central location. The apartment was absolutely clean and decorated very nicely with small details. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back! Highly recommended!
The train station is not far. Traveling by bus and/or train to Pirna or Dresden is easy.
Please note the height of the door frames. With a height of 180 cm, you have to remember to bend your head.

Very cozy apartment.

Dream vacation apartment in Saxon Switzerland
I was able to spend a week in this "cute" vacation apartment in Neustadt in Saxony. Here you can see how old houses can be optimally used!
Absolutely nothing was missing in the apartment, the room layout is perfect, for example, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. And in times of rising heating costs, it is noticeable that our ancestors were really not stupid: a small, low living room can be heated much faster.
Unfortunately, I'm not a decoration queen, but I can see when other people have a knack for it. The loving details and the color scheme in all rooms are perfectly coordinated.
The apartment is incredibly quiet. The new, triple-glazed windows let me sleep heavenly.
Fortunately, Neustadt is not as crowded as, for example, Bad Schandau. From here you can reach many sights within a 30-45 minute drive by car. I used the bus (5 minutes walk to the bus stop) for the trip to Dresden.
Various markets for shopping are within walking distance. There is also a quite large park that invites you to go jogging in the morning. And if the weather should be bad, you can go to the neighboring leisure pool "Mariba".
I can fully recommend a vacation with Mrs. Richter in Neustadt.

Lovely flat and hostess
The cosy apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. Detailed welcome folder, books, games, TV, hairdryer, kitchen utensils.... Everything you need to live here.
The very friendly and affectionate welcome and farewell from the hostess as well as uncomplicated communication will remain in your memory.
The location is very close to the Sebnitz-Dresden bus line as well as the city centre and Mariba.

Wonderful place to relax
This is already the third time that we have enjoyed the hospitality of the Richter family. Each time we are thrilled by the lovingly furnished flat. It is very clean and lacks nothing. We were able to visit interesting places in Saxon Switzerland and Lusatia every day because the flat is very centrally located. We felt very comfortable.
We are already dreaming of another holiday with Uli and Helga Richter.

Okay…
Es ist eine kleine Wohnung. Wer keine Ansprüche hat, dem reicht diese Unterkunft. Sehr alt und hellhörig. Leider auch sehr Geruchsintensiv da es ältere Möbel sind.
Es war aber sehr zentral und sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

4 days in the old homeland to visit friends and acquaintances. Of course with excursions to Saxon Switzerland for hiking.
The holiday flat is located in the centre of Neustadt in a side street and is very quiet. It is centrally located to do all shopping and services quickly. Sports and gastronomy are also in the immediate vicinity.
The flat has been lovingly renovated in an old house.
We can only recommend the flat and will definitely use this accommodation again.

Urlaub im Zentrum von Neustadt/Sachsen
Ich war vom 22.10.2021 bis 24.10.2021 in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung zu Gast, welche in sehr zentraler Lage in Neustadt/Sachsen liegt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dieser Wohnung ist alles sehr gut Fußläufig zu erreichen ( mehrere Einkaufsmärkte, eine Pizzeria, die Mariba Freizeitwelt ) usw. somit kann man wenn man es möchte das Auto stehen lassen denn auch die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Urlaub/Aufenthalt benötigt.
Sie war sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und auch immer Hilfsbereit gewesen wenn einmal Fragen oder Probleme auftraten.
Kann diese Ferienwohnung daher nur weiter empfehlen um einen entspannten Urlaub zu haben.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in historischem Gebäude mitten in Neustadt

Wohlfühl Ferienwohnung
Eine sehr tolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit herzlichen Besitzern. Es ist alles Wichtige vorhanden. Auch für Familien mit einem kleinen Baby ist die Ferienwohnung bestens geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen.

Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Umgebung, Schlossbesichtigungen, Ausflüge nach Dresden und in die Sächsische/Böhmische Schweiz. So eine süße Ferienwohnung!
Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Terrasse sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Ja, man muss den Kopf manchmal einziehen aber macht den Charm der Wohnung aus. Die sehr nette Vermieterin hatte immer ein Ohr für uns und gab Tipps und sogar noch aus ihrem schönen Garten eine Obsttüte für den Heimweg. Vielen Dank nochmals! Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Elbsandsteingebirge oder auch Fussläufig in der Umgebung von Neustadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Gruß aus Berlin

Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben uns in dieser charmanten, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Wohnung wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war sogar weihnachtlich geschmückt. Da einzige Manko: Mein Mann ist groß und hat sich oft den Kopf gestoßen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber nur zu empfehlen und das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett!

Wie Nachhausekommen
Dieses Urlaubsquartier ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt, gemütlich, sauber, durchdacht und liebevoll ausgestattet und ruhig und zentral gelegen.
Den goldenen Herbst auf der Terrasse zu genießen, fanden wir großartig.
Und am Abend zurück zu kehren war für uns nicht nur in eine Unterkunft zu kommen, sondern in ein Heim.

Gemüdliches feines kleines Domizil!
Alles drin, alles dran rundum Perfekt. Mit sehr viel Liebe alles gestaltet, schöne frische Blümchen und ruhige Lage. Viele Dinge handwerklich selbst gefertigt auch mit viel Liebe. Die Wirtsleute waren warmherzig und sehr nett.
Wir würden sofort wieder kommen, vielleicht schon bald!!!
