Podere Casali is a beautiful stone house near the small village of Guardistallo, a few kilometers from the beaches at Cecina.
The location is unique and the environment as one imagines dieToskana: rolling hills, cypress-lined paths, meadows and fields, olive groves and small forests with oak trees.
From the house you can enjoy a wonderful view in this magical landscape.
The villa has been carefully restored a few years ago and now offers generous space for 8 people, divided into four double rooms each with private bath.
The house is very comfortably furnished and well equipped.
It has air conditioning and a traditional heating system with a wood stove.
Parking is available on site.
Pool and outdoor area
The covered patio overlooking the brick barbecue area and the fenced swimming pool with large-scale area for sunbeds, is usable even in rainy weather.
The swimming pool is 10 x 5 m tall and 150 cm deep and, on request and reservation also heated.
Tavern with living, play and fitness area
The property has an extra large tavern with stocked kitchenette and table and
a room with beautiful inglenook fireplace, sofas and TV (45 ").
Similarly, there is also room with a table tennis.
Another room is designed for fitness and play area: For children there are various games and for the adults a treadmill.
The tavern is optional to rent and not included in the rent of the house.

The access to the ground floor on both the kitchen and through the living and dining area possible and draws attention to the covered portico with tables and chairs.
The kitchen is furnished with a rare and very Tuscan style. It has an old fireplace with built-in stove. The stove in the adjacent dining room provides by a special system for heating the rooms and the whole house and the first floor.
From the large living area with sofas and TV, you can enjoy a wonderful view.
From the window in this room you follow the changing seasons as on a large screen.
The ground floor has a room with bathroom and direct access to the garden, a guest bathroom and a separate laundry.
The three bedrooms on the 1st floor - each with private bath - are two of them with double bed and one with two single beds.
