Our holiday flat, which was completely renovated and refurbished in 2017, is located in a quiet part of Waren, very close to the Müritz and the public swimming pool. The flat is located on the ground floor of our house at Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 9. The spacious and modernly furnished holiday flat is available for you all year round. In addition to a combined living and dining room (32 m²), your living comfort includes a bedroom, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with underfloor heating.
A terrace in the courtyard invites you to relax after a long day.
A carport for your car and storage facilities for your bicycles in the garage are available.

The apartment is located in the historic city of goods. The apartment is quiet, but you can reach the city harbor and the market place in 1 minute. Shops are also available in the near distance. Waren / Müritz carries since 1999 the title of "health resort". Currently live in the city of about 21,000 people. The historic city center is located between the Tiefwarensee and the Müritz. A variety of restaurants, cafes and shops in the quaint old town invite you to linger and shop. Müritz is Germany's largest lake as a paradise for sailors, boaters, surfers and fishermen. The surrounding Müritz National Park, hikers and cyclists ideal conditions.

Sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung
Wir waren mit der FW sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr entgegen-kommend und für jedwede Auskunft mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Die Sauberkeit und praktische Ausstattung der FW sollte beispielgebend für alle Vermieter dieses Genres sein. Wir empfehlen diese FW unbedingt weiter und wünschen Familie Knippenberg weiterhin alles Gute.

Super ! Sehr zu empfehlen
TOP! Ausstattung der Wohnung perfekt, alles vorhanden und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles sehr sauber und wie neu. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen, waren hilfsbereit und gaben wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Zentrum, und doch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Perfekt für uns war auch die Tatsache dass es Garage bzw Carport gab. Gern wieder !
