The spacious holiday home has a living area of 60 sqm and offers space for up to 4 people + 1 toddler.
It consists of a large living and dining room with a cosy sofa corner and a sufficiently large dining area
The small kitchen is fully equipped and offers all necessary comfort
In the house there are two separate bedrooms with double bed and with two single beds
A large bathroom with shower bath and an additional guest toilet are available
The 34 sqm covered and enclosed terrace is located in the entrance area
Garden furniture is available
The large garden is completely fenced and offers plenty of space for children to play and romp around.
A high chair is available, a cot (cot) can be provided.

Accusation
We were there (2 people with a miniature wirehaired dachshund). Equipment and property top. Booked 2 weeks in autumn for next year, wanted to use the terrace. 2 days after departure we received an email with a cancellation. Allegedly, the carpet in the bedroom had stains. We took off our shoes on the terrace and wiped the dog's paws before he entered the house. He only slept in his dog bed. We didn't cook either, we prepared coffee in our French press. So we left everything as we found it. We also found the surcharge for our dachshund too high. So far, we never had to pay anything because of the size of the dog, and everywhere it's usually €5. By booking directly with the landlords, we always received a kind of "special price" because the landlords save 20% compared to the travel agency. Here, the rental price was also drastically increased. We are retirees with a dachshund, I don't want to know what would happen if a couple with children wants to live there. You would have to move, that's for sure.

Great holiday home
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. 4 of us went fishing on the Elbe, we saw fish but didn't catch any, but the covered terrace compensated us for everything. We used it from morning until late in the evening. The house is very well equipped and lacks nothing. The landlords are also OK.

Relaxing holiday
If you are looking for peace and quiet from everyday life, this is the place for you. We (2 adults, 2 children) felt right at home in this very well-maintained and lovingly furnished holiday home and spent a few relaxing days
We liked the Tobinski family from the first moment and they were very open-minded.
The large covered terrace allows us to enjoy the fresh air even in bad weather. The beautiful quiet location in the middle of nature is the right starting point for hiking and cycling tours. Sights of the Lüneburg Heath can be reached in a relatively short time by car.
No complaints, highly recommended, we would love to come back.
