Description
Holiday flat in Waren Müritz for 1 - 5 persons. The separate holiday flat is located on the first floor of a renovated town house from the year the property has a seating area with barbecue for shared use. In the courtyard you can easily store your brought or rented bicycles. The large spacious living room (71 sqm) is equipped with LED TV. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower in the bathtub (standing), as well as two bedrooms with double beds. In one bedroom extra beds can be added. Modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and everything that goes with it. WLAN, parking, operating costs and bicycle storage room are the house you will find additional public parking. Optionally, you can book a linen package (cotton sheets, shower towel, towel) for a one-time fee of € 8 per person.

In the event that there are official travel bans (M-V or your federal state) for your booking period, we will not charge any cost claims / cancellation fees and you will receive your deposit or all payments made (any advance payments) back.

The holiday flat is located on the edge of the historic old town of Waren Müritz. It is a 10-minute walk to the Müritz, to the Tiefwarensee, to the beach and to the town centre with several shopping streets and the adjacent marina. Approx. 21500 inhabitants live in the Waren districts. The restaurant directory lists about 70 restaurants, cafés and bars.
Waren Müritz has again held the title of "climatic health resort" since 1999. The town of Waren has a population of approx. The town lies directly between the Tiefwarensee lake and the Müritz river.
With clean air and clear water, it is a paradise for anglers, sailors, surfers, boaters, hikers and cyclists of all kinds. The idyllic old town with a variety of restaurants and shops invites you to linger and shop
