Location and surroundings of object
The climatic health resort Lehmrade with about 480 inhabitants is located about 5 km from Mölln in the south-eastern part of Schleswig-Holstein, in the district of Herzogtum Lauenburg. There is a rehabilitation clinic in the village that offers its guests optimal recreational opportunities. The district borders Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to the east, Hamburg to the southwest and Lower Saxony to the south. The district town is Ratzeburg. The cities of Hamburg, Lübeck, Wismar and Schwerin as well as the Baltic Sea coast between Travemünde and Boltenhagen can be easily reached by car in about 1 hour. Lehmrade is located in the middle of the Lauenburg Lakes Nature Park, which borders the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve to the east. Together they form the approx. 300 m² Schaalsee landscape. With its diverse flora and fauna, still home to grey herons, cranes, ospreys and storks, it is a unique nature reserve. In wooded surroundings, Lehmrade lies directly on the Lauenburg Chain of Lakes, which is connected by the Hellbach stream. On the outskirts of the village is the Oldenburg Moor nature reserve, where cranes can be observed resting in spring and autumn. Mölln, about 5km away, offers all shopping facilities, all doctors, as well as bus and train connections to Hamburg, Lübeck, Berlin, etc. Due to Lehmrade's excellent location, walking or cycling tours through the Lauenburg Lakes Nature Park and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve are possible all year round. In summer, you can swim in many crystal-clear forest lakes, which are only a 20-minute walk away. Furthermore, lake tours and boat rentals are offered in Mölln. A visit to the wildlife park is also worthwhile. Kneipp cures are offered by the Mölln spa administration. In the immediate vicinity, there are also opportunities for golf, gliding, horseback riding, trolley rides and much more.

Pure deceleration
Dear Enge family,
we felt very comfortable with you. In this environment you can enjoy the peace of nature and decelerate from the stressful everyday life in a short time
In the morning, I was able to watch deer in the meadow while drinking my coffee on the terrace and listening to the birds chirping.
This flat is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need.
We are sure that this was not our last stay with you.

Always a pleasure for years
As a regular guest of the Enge family for many years, I was also highly satisfied with the beautiful, clean flat and the always very nice and uncomplicated contact during this year's short autumn visit. Anytime again!
The flat has everything you need and is comfortably furnished. Everything was very clean and the beds (which is important to us) were super comfortable.
We especially liked the fact that you have your own entrance and a small terrace invites you to linger.
Contact with the landlord was quick and very nice!

Relaxation
Nice little, clean and quiet holiday apartment. Everything you need in a holiday apartment is available. Very well located to explore nearby cities or go swimming in one of the many lakes in the area. Even cyclists can have a great holiday here. The only small drawback, for us as O2 customers, there was no reception in the apartment or in the village. Only on the road to Mölln. But that can also be relaxing, not always being reachable everywhere.
We thank the Enge family for their hospitality. They are very nice landlords!

Satisfaction
I was very satisfied with the vacation apartment. Lots of space and nicely furnished. Very nice landlady. You have your own area and are independent (your own entrance with key and you don't see or hear anything from the landlords). The bus stops are about 5 minutes away, if at all. The only drawback is that you hardly have reception in the apartment.
All in all a nice apartment, good for relaxing and switching off. In conclusion, I can only recommend it.
