Welcome to the holiday home ambience, we offer you a holiday home in a cosy country house style and amenities that leave nothing to be desired, with your own parking space and bicycle parking spaces in the bicycle shed, large terrace with beach chair, garden furniture for 5 people and with a bit of luck a lot of sun (+ free beach chair on the beach). free W-LAN (thanks to MESH in the whole house and on the terrace) and telephone for free calls within the German landline network. Fully equipped kitchen, so you don't have to do without anything, and your entertainment is also taken care of, with 2 Sony flat-screen TVs ........

There are approx. 70 sqm available, for 5 persons (+ toddler - travel cot, high chair, toys and handcart are available).
As is well known, there is no bad weather at the seaside, only the wrong clothes, but should it become uncomfortable, it is important that you feel really comfortable in the house and have suitable entertainment.

Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, the attractive district of Wittmund, located on the East Frisian North Sea coast, directly in front of the island of Wangerooge, with 3 harbours (museum harbour in Carolinensiel and marina + ferry harbour in Harlesiel) and since the end of 2021 "North Sea spa"
The house is in the best location in Harlesiel and yet quiet, so that relaxation is not neglected - directly at the marina and only 600 m from the East Frisian Wadden Sea, a national park for 25 years and a World Heritage Site since 2009.

Cancellation terms:
- Der Mieter kann vor Beginn der Mietzeit durch schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Vermieter vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten, wobei je nach Zeitpunkt des Eingangs ein pauschaler Ersatz für die entstandenen Aufwendungen und den entgangenen Gewinn berechnet werden: Rücktritt bis 60 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit 20% - bis 20 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit 40% - bis 5 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit 70%, danach und bei Nichterscheinen 90%. Dem Mieter bleibt der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass bei dem Vermieter kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist. Der Mieter kann bei Rücktritt einen Ersatzmieter benennen, der bereit ist, an seiner Stelle in das Mietverhältnis einzutreten. Der Vermieter kann dem Eintritt widersprechen, wenn er hinsichtlich der wirtschaftlichen oder persönlichen Situation begründete Bedenken hat. Super holiday
Simply excellent!!! Furnishings, cleanliness and everything else just great!! Thanks to the Wachtel family for such a lovingly furnished holiday home!!!! Will definitely come back!!! PS: Lighting at the car parking space would be advantageous!!!!! Risk of injury!!! However, this is not meant to be criticism but only a suggestion for improvement!!!

URLAUB IN HARLESIEL
Sehr geschmackvoll und mit Stil sowie Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts!! Ein paar Tage länger Urlaub wären noch schöner gewesen.
Die Küche bietet alles, was man nur brauchen kann, im Wohnbereich gibt es jede Menge Unterhaltung (DVD, CD, Bücher, Spiele) - und geschlafen haben wir auch gut. Die Fußbodenheizung im Bad war ein Genuss.
Aber der beste Platz ist auf der Terrasse im Strandkorb !!!
Wir kommen gerne bald wieder, das steht fest und können
uns ebenfalls auf die freundliche vor Ort-Betreuung verlassen!

Auch in Wintermonaten ein tolles Urlaubsziel!
Wir haben es gewagt im Winter eine Woche Urlaub an der Nordsee zu machen. In dem behaglichen Ferienhaus haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Nach Wanderungen in Kälte und Nordseewind, war das Haus "Gemütlichkeit pur". Die neue, moderne Küche hat zum Kochen eingeladen. Spiele, Bücher und DVD Player ließen keine Langeweile aufkommen. In dem Ferienhaus fehlt nichts. An alles wurde gedacht. In jedem Detail bemerkt man das Engagement der Vermieter, ein wohliges "Zuhause" zu schaffen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank !
