Description
The bright and comfortably furnished house has a living room with a couch, two armchairs, a cupboard and a table for cosy hours. The bathroom is tiled in white with a shower at ground level, a wall-mounted toilet and a washbasin. In the three bedrooms you can relax overnight from long walks, cycling, swimming in the North Sea. From one of the bedrooms you have a direct view of the dyke and the small marina of Altenbruch where a cruise ship passes by from time to time. There is a parking space on the property directly in front of the door.

The holiday home is located approx. 6 km from Cuxhaven town, to the green beach Altenbruch with playground, restaurant, beach chairs, you can walk in approx. 15 minutes, by bike approx. 8 minutes.
The town centre of Altenbruch where bakers, butchers, restaurants, hairdressers, etc. are located is only a few minutes away.

Feel-good factor
We have been here for the 8th time and from the first stay until today we feel very comfortable here. If there was ever a problem, it was addressed quickly. It couldn't be better. They listen and respond, are open and always ready for a chat. If you like peace and quiet, this is the right place for you. Everything you need for a vacation is available. We are already looking forward to September when we will be back here again. For us, it is our second home. We say a heartfelt thank you for always being greeted so nicely. Landlords Best ever!

Great vacation
We were there on vacation for 1 week and we were consistently satisfied and excited about the accommodation and the landlords. The holiday home has everything you need. : Vacation can be so beautiful.
Very friendly reception, lots of information about the town and sights. The house is simply a dream, decorated with great attention to detail and has everything you need for household needs. Just move in and feel comfortable, because as a landlord you can't do more. Would love to come back.

Keine Grillmöglichkeit obwohl in der Anzeige stand dass es Grillmöglichkeit gibt bzw.ein Grill vor Ort ist.
Sollten uns mit 2 Gartenstühlen mit 4Personen an die Straße setzen wo der Parkplatz für das Auto ist ,fanden wir nicht toll .
Heizung ging nicht,nach Fehlersuche bemerkt das die Regelventile mit Sekundenkleber zugeklebt waren .Fanden wir mit kleinen Kindern auch nicht toll ,da es zu dem Zeitpunkt sehr kalt gewesen ist .
Trotz der steigenden Preise bezahlt man für die Unterkunft.
Bei 15 Grad in dem Haus macht der Urlaub so keinen Spaß wenn man nur am frieren ist.Noch nicht einmal das Duschen hat Spaß gemacht.Für Kinder einfach doof .

Leider wollten die Gäste ja mit uns nicht sprechen, obwohl man sich über dem weg gelaufen ist
Hätten die Gäste mit uns gesprochen wäre es möglich gewesen die Heizung höher einstellen können auch wenn die Heizkörper Ventile auf stufe 3 festgestellt sind das entspricht eine Raum Temperatur von 22 Grad. Grill ist im Fahrrad Schuppen. Auch wenn das Auto auf dem Parkplatz steht ist reichlich Platz um dort mit mehreren Personen zu sitzen bei anderen Gästen ist das ja auch möglich gewesen .
Man kann mit uns sprechen wenn man nur will. Aber die Gäste hatten scheinbar keine Lust darauf.

Cute holiday home
A beautiful small holiday home in a quiet location. Everything in the village can be reached on foot or by bike. There is free parking at the lido.
The house is not a new building, but has been
Renovated with great attention to detail. There is laminate flooring everywhere, the bathroom is pleasantly large with a shower at ground level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether kettle, egg boiler or toaster, microwave etc., there is simply nothing missing. The living room is cosy, flat screen TV and stereo / DVD player available. Games and a selection of books will not let you get bored. The stairs to the first floor are steep and narrow, but this did not bother us.
We were very warmly welcomed by the landlords and provided with great

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. We can recommend the accommodation 100 per cent.

Kleines, schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Ein super sauberes, top ausgrstattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Ideal für Radtouren rund um Cuxhaven und das Meer ist nicht weit. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und geben bei Bedarf immer gute Tipps :-)

Super Ferienhaus in Cuxhaven-Altenbruch
Blitzblankes, renoviertes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite, engagierte Vermieter, die tolle Insidertipps auf Lager haben zur Gestaltung des Urlaubes. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, zum Rasenstrand und zum Restaurant ist es nicht weit, mit Fahrrad oder Auto kann man prima Ausflüge von dort machen. Trotz der steilen Treppe ist das Haus auch für Senioren geeignet.
