The fine sandy beach and the Bodden and harbour are no more than a five-minute walk away. The sleeping places are distributed over a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a washing machine in the spacious shower room. The living room combines a living area with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, egg boiler The outdoor area includes a sunny south-facing terrace with garden furniture, enclosed by a hedge, which invites you to linger

with the photo school and many workshops is about 80 m away. The local library (free for everyone) is also located in this house.
The holiday flat is located near the pedestrian zone of Zingst in the Max-Hünten-Weg in a detached house with four holiday flats.

You will find a bicycle rental shop about 20 metres away.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat, newly built in 2010, is centrally located in a quiet side street. Gastronomy and shopping facilities are within walking distance (50 - 250m). The beach and Bodden are approx. 300 - 400m away
The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst on the Fischland-Darss peninsula with its white, fine-sand beach stretching over many kilometres on one side and the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park on the other, offers a variety of leisure activities in a unique landscape. This includes the Darss West Beach with its lighthouse (Darsser Ort) in almost untouched nature. Excursions to the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund with its oceanography museum, to Warnemünde or by boat to the island of Hiddensee are just a few examples. Bodden tours by paddle steamer or carriage rides are also popular destinations for young and old. The crane season in autumn is a very special magnetic attraction.
