Our house in Narbonne-Plage
The house has a living area of approximately 58 square meters. including residential eigerichteten conservatory is open in all directions.
Our house is not just a property, but it is regularly inhabited by ourselves.
The house is practical and easy to set up.
All floors are tiled, the gallery has a wooden floor.
Kitchenette consisting of, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker.
Satellite TV, radio with CD player.
Garden furniture, deck chairs, table and chairs are available!
The property is fenced and can hardly be seen. On the back of the house is the belonging to the house car parking lot.
Ground floor:
The conservatory is furnished with table and chairs, living / dining area, kitchen and separate toilet with hand basin.

A bedroom with double bed (200x180 cm) and a balcony. One bedroom with a sofa bed (200x 140 cm), mezzanine with bed (200x140 cm), bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

a holiday in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, is located about 13 Km from Narbonne, on one of the most beautiful coastline of the Languedoc-Roussillon. Similarly, the nearby port Gruissan (11 km) has the place a strip of land with wide, sandy beach, which is limited by the rugged cliffs of the mountain La Clape.
The house is in a small resort on the inhabited by French Hill.
There are there 55 cottages with a shared pool in a quiet location.
Each house has its own parking lot which is identical to the house number.

We had a great vacation.
The contact with the landlord, as well as the key handover, was perfect!
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home. The apartment is very well furnished, everything you need is available.
The complex is located on a hill. We had our bikes with us, and the final climb was quite sporty but doable.
The pool in the complex is not particularly pretty but clean. We usually went in again in the evenings. The children also used it briefly after breakfast. It served its purpose!
All in all, we had a very relaxing and beautiful holiday there.

Wie in jedem Jahr...
... haben wir auch 2021 wieder einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Stork in Narbonne- Plage verbringen dürfen.
Seit über einem Jahrzehnt fahren wir nach Südfrankreich und der Kontakt mit Familie Stork verlief von der Buchung, der Zahlung bis hin zur Schlüsselübergabe wie immer sehr freundlich und ohne Schwierigkeiten ab.
Auch die Wohnung fanden wir in einem tadellosen Zustand vor und konnten dort zwei wunderschöne Wochen genießen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich einige hundert Meter entfernt vom Strand in einer Anlage mit weiteren Ferienhäusern. Es gibt einen festen Parkplatz sowie einen Pool, welcher von allen Anliegern genutzt werden kann. Trotzdem ist dieser selten überfüllt.
Das Ferienhaus selbst ist top ausgestattet. Alle nötigen Utensilien sind vorhanden, sowohl für Küche, Bad und Wohnräume als auch für den Wintergarten und die Terrasse. Hier kann man wunderschön die Abendsonne genießen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig an der Promenade zu finden. Auch eine Apotheke und ein Postamt sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Größere Einkaufszentren wie ein Carrefour in Narbonne oder ein Lidl in Gruissan sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
Neben der wunderschönen Promenade und einem weitläufigen Strand in Narbonne- Plage hat die Gegend noch einiges mehr, wie das Massife de la Clape, die Abtei Sainte-Marie de Fontfroide, die Salzwiesen von Gruissan u.ä., zu bieten. Wir entdecken, obwohl wir schon seit 2006 hier herkommen, immer wieder Neues! Ein Urlaub in dieser Gegend lohnt sich sowohl kulinarisch als auch kulturell, sollte der Wind mal für einen Strandtag zu stark wehen, findet man viele weitere Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten!

Wonderful house for a versatile holiday
The really super equipped house (bsd. the kitchen) is exactly as described. We felt very comfortable and spent a relaxing holiday. The pool was often and gladly used, especially by our children. Since the house is on the edge of the small holiday complex, it is very quiet in the garden and on the balcony and you can enjoy a wonderful view.
If you are a little taller, you should note that the double bed is only 1.90 m long. Also, it was very hot at night (July/August) and there were many mosquitoes (we had mosquito nets for the beds with us so we could sleep with the windows open).
The centre of the village is within walking distance. There are small supermarkets, bakers, butchers and lots of small restaurants and bars, tourist shops, etc. The beach is a mile long in July. The kilometre-long beach is very crowded in July/August before the development of the village. But if you drive a little further towards Gruissan (at Exteme-Jet), there is plenty of space again
There is a lot to discover and visit in the immediate and wider surroundings. We were in Carcasonne and Cap D'Agde on a volcanic beach, among other places.
The Clape massif in the hinterland is certainly ideal for great hikes. Unfortunately, you can only do a fraction of what there is to experience in 14 days.

Rundum perfekt
Lage unweit zum Meer auf einem kleinen Hügel ca. 800 Meter vom Meer entfernt, Blick von Südwest-Terrasse und Balkon aufs Meer, Küche mit allem ausgestattet.

Relaxing holiday
For us, the perfect house for a relaxing holiday in the south of France:
- clean, cosy, with a very well-equipped kitchen
- Bakery, butcher and supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance
- also the beach
- many possibilities for hikes and larger excursions in the surrounding area
- friendly, uncomplicated landlords.

Gut ausgestattetes gemütliches Ferienhaus - toller Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat mit 4 Personen reichlich Platz.
Toll ist der Wintergarten und Terrasse, so dass man bei jedem Wetter so gut wie draußen sitzen kann. Der Ort und Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht.
Das Hinterland ist wunderschön zum Wandern und einfach mal die Natur genießen.
Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr zufrieden!
Wir fahren nun seit über einem Jahrzehnt im Sommer in das Ferienhaus der Familie Stork und sind immer sehr zufrieden! Die Ferienwohnung ist voll ausgestattet, im schönen Wintergarten kann man auch bei etwas kühleren Temperaturen in angenehmer Atmosphäre frühstücken o.ä. und das gesamte Haus lädt zum entspannen ein. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause, denn weder an Ausstattung noch an Komfort mangelt es.
Der Pool ist in weniger als einer Minute zu erreichen und wird täglich gereinigt, im Garten stehen Liegestühle zur Verfügung, sodass man dort auch Abends noch die Sonne voll und ganz genießen kann. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend, Strand und kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, durch die Parkfläche, welche die Wohnanlage abgrenzt, hört man niemals Straßenlärm oder ähnliches.
Das Anmieten des Ferienhauses lief immer unkompliziert ab und wir haben mit Familie Stork durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht, was einer der Gründe ist, weshalb wir auch in Zukunft gerne Wiederkommen werden.

Schönes Haus, alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht
freundlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in angenehmer Lage, ruhig und dennoch nicht weit von Geschäften, Cafes und Strand. Perfekt mit Kindern. Umfassende Ausstattung, freundliche und zuverlässige Vermieter, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir fahren bestimmt wieder.

Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
Das Ferienhaus der Fam. Stork können wir nur weiterempfehlen, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt.
Es ist wirklich nicht nur Strandurlaub, sondern auch das Hinterland ist fantastisch, alle Ausflüge und deren Beschreibungen waren sehr gut.
Die Seitesollte man sich anschauen, es lohnt sich.
