Holiday flat for up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms and a living area. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and 1 single bed, TV is available in this room. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. A cot is also available for you (no travel cot). Living area with spacious, open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, microwave, two coffee machines, kettle, cooker, toaster, fridge-freezer and much more. In the living area there is a comfortable couch, fireplace as well as TV and a dining table. The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating. Blackout options are available in every room. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, bathtub, shower as well as a double washbasin with hairdryer and first aid kit. Tumble dryer and hoover are available. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Barbecue area is available as well as balcony with seating. We are looking forward to your visit.

A newly built holiday flat awaits you. The village is located at the beautiful Hohennauener See, 3 km from the golf course in Semlin. In the village we have an ice cream parlour with a fish restaurant, a bathing beach, a baker, butcher, 2 other restaurants and if you get sick, no problem, we also have a doctor's practice
You can do many things from here, such as a trip to Rathenow, where the Buga took place in 2015, and you can also plan many activities here. Rathenow is 6 km away from here and can also be visited very well by bike. Stöln is 15 km away, where you can visit the Otto Lilienthal grounds and the Otto Lilienthal Museum. In Steckelsdorf you can try the most delicious ice cream in the whole area, which is also about 10 km away. It is also a paradise for anglers, as we are located directly on the Havel.

Perfect for winding down
We were four (children aged 1 and 4) with a dog in the vacation rental and that was really great, the furnishings are top, cleanliness is top and the landlady is also top. Many opportunities for walks, a bathing lake and a nice restaurant or ice cream café by the lake are within walking distance. For everything else, a 15-minute drive to Rathenow. The Optikpark and the locks are worth seeing and always something for children. Thanks again and we would love to come back :-)

Very nice accommodation
Beautiful accommodation with everything you need, clean and superbly furnished, a very nice landlady, our dog got on very well with Lotti, the landlady's dog. Very well ? suited for a holiday with a dog. We would be happy to recommend you. MfgG.

Great vacation apartment
I booked with Mrs. Lesch for my children and grandchildren and we were very satisfied. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need on vacation and Mrs. Lesch helped us with everything. We will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the lake. wir kommen gern wieder
Wir suchten für unseren Sommerurlaub noch kurzfristig eine Ferienwohnung und wurden bei Frau Lesch fündig. Die Wohnung war super....groß, hell, schön eingerichtet....es fehlte uns an nichts. Frau Lesch selber empfing uns sehr herzlich und auch ihr Sohn mit Familie waren immer für uns da, wenn wir Fragen und Anliegen hatten. Am letzten Abend waren wir dann noch im hauseigenen Pool und rundete unseren erholsamen Urlaub in Hohennauen wunderbar ab. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal von ganzem Herzen für die tolle Zeit und die große Hilfe beim Fahrradverleih ! Wir geben gern 5 Sterne!! LG Fam. König aus Zwickau

ankommen & wohlfühlen, Weiter zu empfehlen !!!
Wir sind spontan Pfingsten bei Frau Lesch untergekommen. Bei unzähligen Ferienwohnungsangeboten sprachen die Bewertungen eindeutig für die Unterkunft bei Frau Lesch im gemütlichen Seeblick.
Sehr positiv finde ich das Hunde erlaubt sind. Die Hofchefin (Hundedame "Lotti") ist eine ganz Liebe.
Fahrräder sollten wirklich im vorraus gebucht werden, aber wir haben unsere Tage auch ohne Rad sehr gut verbracht. (Schöner Tagesausflug nach Rostock/Warnemünde) Die Wohnung ist einfach schick und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Lesch ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich, hat unserem Sohnemann auch angeboten in Ihrem beheizten Pool zu baden. Wir kommen wieder und dann wird mit dem Rad die Gegend erkundet.

Super Ferienwohnung
Wir sind bei strömenden Regen angekommen und wurden mit einer modern und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung entschädigt. Frau Lesch und Hundedame Lotti haben uns herzlich empfangen, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt Zur Freude unserer Tochter funktionierte das WLAN super und es gab auch zwei Flachbild TV Geräte. Zum See sind es nur wenige Meter und die Brötchen vom nahe gelegenen Bäcker schmecken auch. Von Rathenow kann man mit dem Zug in einer Stunde Berlin erreichen. Der Optikpark in Rathenow ist auch sehenswert und durch die ausgebauten Radwege gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Unsere Tochter durfte im Pool von Frau Lesch baden, der viel wärmer wie das Wasser im See war :-) Wir hatten uns die Ferienwohnung hauptsächlich wegen "Lotti" herausgesucht, für die iwir mmer ein Leckerbissen dabei hatten. Sie ist ein ganz lieber Hund, der sehr gut erzogen ist. Liebe Frau Lesch, liebe Lotti wir bedanken uns für unseren tollen Urlaub in ihrer super schönen Ferienwohnung.

Sehr schön !!
Wir waren vom 10.bis 18.07.2017bei der Fam. Lech in Ihrer Ferienwohnung zu Gast.
Wir: Oma, Opa und die 3 Enkel (13, 12,und 5 Jahre ) Das Wetter war nicht zum baden am Strand gemacht, aber die zwei großen waren im beheizten Pool und die Kleine in der Wanne.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Fam. Lech war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lotti der Hund war ein guter Gefährte der Kinder.
wenn etwas beim Einkauf vergessen wurde, Fam. Lech hatte es da.
Es gab viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir an Sch.. - Tagen mit den Auto besucht hatten.

Urlaub im Havelland
Die Ferienwohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber . Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.
Bemerkenswert ist die herzliche und bodenständige Art wie wir aufgenommen wurden.
Frühstücksbrötchen bekommt man beim Bäcker , 3min Gehweg , wo ``heiße Bockwurst ´´dran steht . Wir haben mit dem Fahrrad viel Natur und Ruhe erlebt .
Wir bedanken uns nochmals für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen und die leckere Wurst !

Rundum perfekt !
Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Lesch ein wunderschönes verlängertes Wochenende an dem es uns an nichts fehlte.
Passend zur Vorweihnachtszeit war die Wohnung gemütlich hergerichtet inklusive einem wunderschönen Adventskranz :-)
Wir verreisten gemeinsam mit unserer kleinen Tochter und auch sie fühlte sich sehr wohl. Nicht zuletzt wahrscheinlich wegen ihrem liebevoll angerichteten und hübsch bezogenem Kinderbett.
Die nähe zum See und Badestrand eignet sich ideal für Eltern mit Kindern.
An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns auch noch einmal herzlich bedanken.
Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung, nette Vermieterin
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern & stylisch, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles da, was man braucht: Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, Kamin, Grill, kostenloses WLAN, Pool und sogar Fußbodenheizung (kann man im Sommer aber nicht anschalten).
Frau Lesch ist sehr nett und engagiert, hat sich um alles gekümmert. Als wir in dem einen Ortsrestaurant vor verschlossenen Türen standen (Pille Palle war montags zu), konnten wir zum Glück bei Frau Lesch Fleisch & Wurst kaufen, da sie einen Imbiss in Rathenow betreibt und immer genug auf Lager hat.
Falls man mehrere Fahrräder braucht, lieber vorher bestellen. Wir waren zu fünft und haben leider keine mehr bekommen. Ohne Fahrrad und Auto kann man außer wandern und paddeln nicht soo viel machen in der Gegend. Es gibt aber einen Bus in der Nähe, der regelmäßig nach Rathenow fährt.

Super-Ferienwohnung
Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche bei Frau Lesch verbracht.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der gesamten Familie aufgenommen,nicht zuvergessen
die zwei Hunde (Lena und Lotti).
Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung,es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Die Tage vergingen wie im Flug und schon hatte uns der Alltag wieder.
Es ist ja bald Oktober und dann kommen wir wieder und können das Havelland weiter erkunden.
