Villa Stozak with Heated private pool Spacious 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sauna room with bathtub, Cinema room with PS4 and projector for movies, playground, kitchen & living room, fully equipped summer kitchen, TV, BBQ, heated private pool 8X4m, all private, not overlooked. Fully airconditioned and with free WiFi.
Villa Stožak is located in Naklice village, close to small-town OMIŠ (7km) that offers beautiful beaches and many activities. Famous town Split (18km), the historical old part and other attractive things for each taste. Spoil yourself during this well-deserved holiday and spend the most wonderful days of the year in luxuriously furnished villa Stožak that can accommodate 10 person.
There is an opportunity to order traditional dinner in local small restaurant Konoba Palacio only 500 m far and the fantastic young chef will surprise you with most tasteful dishes he makes.
NOTE: The pool is not in use (it is empty) from November to April (winter).
Villa Stožak is fully equipped and very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable holiday including towels and linen for 10 persons (in bed).
*The outdoor offers: A private heated pool 8m x 4m, 8 deck chairs, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a TV, WiFi, a Barbecue, a dining area for 10 people, a separate toilet. There is also a grassplot with badminton set, swings for your youngest and some toys. The pool area offers absolute privacy surrounded with green fence.
* At the ground floor there is a kitchen and living room with a fireplace (all with direct exit to pool area), flat screen TV with Chromecast, A/C, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances for your cooking skills. There is a spacious Finnish sauna place with freestanding tub, a shower and A/C, A separate toilet. Few steps lower there is an amazing Cinema room with a projector, Play station 4 with some popular games and A/C.
*At the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 bigger rooms have there own bathroom). A bedroom No1 with king size bed 180x200cm, a sofa bed, A/C, a terrace and en-suite bathroom with a shower. A Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180x200cm, a single bed 90x200cm, A/C, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom No 3 with king size bed 180x200cm, A/C. Bedroom No 4 with two single beds 90 x 200cm plus a sofa bed 90x200, A/C. There is a Family bathroom for bedroom No3 and No4, with two sinks, a toilet, bidet and a shower. Each room in the house is air-conditioned and have free wifi.
There is a secured and free parking lot for 4 cars at the private property.
The close area offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling and much more. Experience it all for yourself! Most of them are organized on river Cetina 7km from the house. Omis is approx. 7 km from the holiday home and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance. A lot of great restaurants, bars, best beaches with very clearly see and all just 10 min drive.

Villa Stožak is perfect choice for exploring the best that Dalmatia offers because it is located near small picturesque town Omiš (7km) where you can sense the Mediterranean atmosphere which offers you beautiful sand and stone beaches and if you are looking for more active holiday nearby there are zipline, free climbing, paragliding, rafting, canoeing, bicycling and much more like boat tours on the river Cetina and on the sea including visiting nearest island.
Also the capital town of Dalmatia, town Split, is only 18km from villa and offers amazing and unforgettable historical old part full of life and other attractive activities for each taste.

Amazing villa
We stayed at Villa Stozak as a family of 4, including 2 teenage boys. The villa exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Mirjana, the owner, was extremely welcoming and helpful, giving us useful information on the local area and providing us with a lovely arrival hamper full of local goodies. The villa is beautifully furnished and the facilities are first class. We enjoyed the heated pool and the whole outdoor area including playing badminton. The cinema room was amazing. The villa is in a lovely, quiet location and is a 10 minute drive from Omiš and coastal beaches. we would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful holiday
We spend 1 week in villa Stozak with our daughter’s family, including 2-year-old boy. This villa was just perfect for us! Very spacious and excellent equipment. Pool area was great and was heated. Summer kitchen give nice extra spice for the villa.
Landlord was really helpful, we had nice welcome basket and she also brought us traditional tasty apple pie. Everything was actually better than in the photos. We will definitely come back!
