Our like-new (completed May 2015), 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with top modern facilities and 10 metre pool is waiting for you. The modern equipment and design will inspire you.
The following beaches are nearby: Manasota Key Beach is a 10-minute drive away, Nokomis Beach is 18 minutes away and Siesta Key Beach is 30 minutes away. Manasota Key Beach is pristine and unspoilt, Nokomis Beach with its beautiful shell beach is still an insider's tip and Siesta Key with its white beach made of pure quartz is world famous (voted best beach in the USA several times in recent years).
Shamrock Park and Nature Center is only 8 minutes away: Play free tennis or discover Florida's nature by bike on a 17 km long trail, for children there is a large playground and basketball court and much more in this beautiful 32 hectare park. And best of all: parking at the beach and the centre costs nothing!
Our quiet yet centrally located tropical Villa Lemon Tree leaves nothing to be desired - here you can spend an all-round relaxing holiday.
A heated pool with 10m length invites you to relax and do sports
Large (140sqm) air-conditioned house in a quiet area of Venice, with German service, Free Cable TV, telephone, High Speed Internet (50 Mbit). For up to 6 persons, 1 living room, 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bath/WC-tub, 1 bath/WC-shower. For self-catering there is a fully equipped open kitchen (4 ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, crockery, cutlery etc.) with breakfast bar. All common household appliances (hoover, iron, toaster, gas grill for outdoor use, coffee maker. etc.) and textiles ( towels,bed linen etc.) are available. 4 bicycles are also available.
Furthermore you can use the washing machine and a dryer,. Long-term tenants are welcome. A German caretaker is available for you if there should be any problems
The water in the pool is purified by a salt system, which has the advantage that the water is only contaminated by a small amount of chlorine. The salt content in the water is so low that it hardly tastes "salty".

Golfers come from all over to play the award winning golf courses.
The Intracoastal Waterway, beautiful bays, rivers, canals and coastline offer just about everything a boating enthusiast, diver or fisherman could wish for
Whether you are a fanatical beach goer or just want to relax, Venice's numerous, long, white sandy beaches offer something for everyone. And the best thing is that even in high season, the beaches are still empty.
By the way, Eurowings flies directly from Frankfurt to Ft. Myers, which is about 1 hour's drive from Venice. Tampa is 1.5 hours away and Orlando 2.5
Venice has a sports airfield with a large training programme for private pilots. There are also sightseeing and charter flights available. There are several boat rentals in Venice. In Florida it is possible to rent powerful boats and move around without a licence. All that is required is a brief instruction, which is provided by the boat rental company. A boat can be arranged.
For motorbike fans, there are two Harley Davidson branches in the vicinity where you can rent bikes.

"Any time again"
We had a great 12 days here with my in-laws (who are already here for the second time at Villa Lemon Tree). It is a beautiful modern house equipped with everything you could possibly want. We all felt very comfortable and had great support from Torsten with some tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Torsten was always available to answer our questions. Thank you very much and all the best to you!

What a fantastic place to stay!!!!
We have been renting houses for many years now, in various places around the world. Spending the long-awaited annual holiday in the style of a local has always been our way of finding relaxation. And with the Armbruster family, we were offered much more. Starting with the booking: the contact was first class! All questions were answered, tips on the trip, the surroundings and things to do were included and so we set off with a great feeling. The house is breathtaking. As we were travelling with our little daughter and our parents, it was very important to us to have a good room layout and to have security for our little one. And lo and behold: the pool fence was there, the baby cot as well and she could feast in the great high chair with the whole family at the table. Either inside, at the big dining table, or outside, where, thanks to the cage, not even the mosquitoes bothered us! The nights were great thanks to the air conditioning and comfortable beds. The barbecue was of course tested several times and is one of our clear favourites! Something went wrong? No problem - the washing machine and dryer took care of everything in no time! The environment is exactly as you would expect from a film. Everyone greets each other, people show consideration for each other (my husband is a passionate jogger and was always greeted while running, although the cars drove in a large circle out of consideration! Collecting shark teeth is definitely addictive :-)
All in all, it was a fantastic holiday and it is our heart's desire not only to give a very clear recommendation, but also to express our deepest thanks to the Armbruster family! We will be very, very happy to come back!!!!!

Urlaubsfeeling ab der 1. Minute
Wir waren sofort begeistert, als wir die Villa das 1. Mal betraten. Das Urlaubsfeeling war sofort da. Normalerweise dauert es bei uns immer eine Zeit, bis wir in unseren Urlaubsdomizilen alles so gerichtet haben, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Das war in der Villa Lemon Tree überhaupt nicht. Alles war sehr schön und modern gestaltet und vorallem sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. So konnte der Urlaub direkt beginnen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass das Haus so ruhig gelegen ist und wir zwischen kleinen Geckos, die sich am Cage sonnen, Streifenhörnchen, die in den Bäumen sitzen, in aller Ruhe draußen essen konnten. Sogar ein Waschbär schaute mal vorbei. Der Pool ist super sauber und wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett und winkten uns immer sehr freundlich zu. Wir nutzten auch die Gelegenheit, um mit der Fähre zum Privatstrand zu fahren. Der war ebenfalls sehr schön und wir konnten dort Haifisch-Zähne sammeln und Delfine beobachten. Leider musste der Strand-Besuch abgebrochen werden, weil ein Sturm aufzog und der Herr von der Fähre mittels eines Megafons die Strandbesucher aufrief, zurückzufahren. Aber auch die anderen Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr, sehr schön und schnell zu erreichen. Rene, der Hausverwalter, war sehr zuverlässig und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man ihn rief. Man braucht also nichts weiter außer seiner persönlichen Gegenstände, um einen rundum sorglosen Urlaub in der Villa Lemon Tree zu verbringen. Wir danken der Familie Armbruster für dieses tolle Urlaubs-Domizil und dem sehr netten Kontakt. Die Tipps für uns als Florida-Neulinge waren toll und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen und können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Toll und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert und die Hausverwaltung vor Ort stand auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir würden direkt wieder hin. Insbesondere der Pool und die Private Ferry hat unseren Kindern gut gefallen.

Superfeeling
Ohne viele Worte Das ist ein super Ferienhaus indem es nicht schwer fällt einen fantastischen Urlaub zu genießen. Es ist alles vorhanden was das Leben schöner macht. Selbst eine gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter sowie den Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist garantiert. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Einfach perfekt.
Wo soll ich bloß anfangen, es war einfach alles perfekt! Vom ersten E-Mail Kontakt bis zur Rücküberweisung der Kaution hat alles reibungslos und professionell funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll im europäischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Qualität der Einrichtung war hochwertig und in einem perfekten, sauberen Zustand. Eine so gut ausgestattete Küche habe ich nur sehr selten gesehen! Kleine Mängel, wenn überhaupt vorhanden, werden umgehend durch den deutschsprachigen Service vor Ort beseitigt. Der Pool ist ideal zum schwimmen und kann beheizt werden. In der Garage waren diverse Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirme, Stühle oder (Wasser)-Spielzeug vorzufinden. Auch hier war alles top in Schuss. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, doch nur wenige Fahrminuten von allen gängigen Supermärkten (Publix, Target, Wal-Mart) entfernt. Die Fähre zum Privatstrand fuhr bei uns aufgrund von Reparaturen leider nicht, da kann der Vermieter jedoch natürlich nichts für. Im Haus finden sich dafür jede Menge Informationen, was man alternativ unternehmen kann. Mit dem Auto alles in der näheren Umgebung und somit bequem zu erreichen. Auch für weitere Fragen oder Tipps, hat der Vermieter immer ein offenes Ohr und hilft gerne. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen.

Excellente Wahl!
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist live noch schöner als die Fotos wiedergeben. Poolgröße: ideal zum Schwimmen Perfekte Lage, ruhige Wohngegend, alle gängigen Supermärkte (Publix, Target, Wal-Mart) im Umkreis von wenigen Fahrminuten. Fähre zum Privatstrand (naturbelassen und sehr schön und ruhig) in 4 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Ausflüge zu weiteren Sandstränden (Siesta Key) unter einer Autostunde. Kontakt zum Vermieter/Eigentümer: sehr angenehm und top-professionell Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen - wir waren begeistert

Unglaublich schön!
Mit dem ersten Schritt ins Haus fühlt man sich gleich zu Hause und wohl. Es wurde im ganzen Haus sehr viel Wert auf schöne und vor allen Dingen, gute Ausstattung gelegt. Zusätzlich muss man sagen, dass der Kontakt mit den Armbrusters gleich sehr freundlich und vor allen Dingen sehr informativ für noch nicht Florida Kenner war-vielen Dank auch nochmals hierfür! Absolut kein Kritik Punkt, wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt.....dem kann man glaube ich nicht helfen!

Perfekter Urlaub
Wir hatten eine super Zeit in einer perfekt eingerichteten Villa! Die Villa Lemon Tree ist sehr stilvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man fühlt sich ab der ersten Minute wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die Küche beinhaltet alle Geräte und Utensilien, die man zum Kochen braucht. Ausreichend Handtücher für alle Lebenslagen stehen zur Verfügung, sogar an Standliegen und Fahrräder wurde gedacht. Die Terasse und der Pool laden zum planschen und relaxen ein. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt viele, tolle Ausflugs- und Shoppingziele in der Nähe. Die Strände sind klasse! Venice ist ein toller Ort, der zum schlendern auf der Einkaufsstraße und zum Verweilen in tollen Bars und Restaurants einläd. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt auch gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen und können diese Villa absolut empfehlen!
