Description
Our holiday home is a comfortable, very well equipped detached bungalow with terrace,garage and a bicycle room with four bicycles. On a living area of approx. 80 m² there are two spacious bedrooms with comfort beds (1 x double bed,1 x 2 single beds (all 200X100) + 1 sleeping coach) two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen with dining area. The house has been completely refurbished and renovated in 2008-2011. All the furniture consists of selected quality furniture. Here you can feel comfortable and really relax.
Outside you will find a seating area for the evening sun (garden bench in the entrance area) and a fully furnished terrace with garden chairs and parasol. A garage is available for your vehicle and as a tenant you can use the ferry bikes free of charge.

The house is in a quiet residential area of ??the seaside resort holiday. No through traffic, ideal for children. Central location to the town center, 200 meters to the beach. Near shops within walking distance. Transport links accessible by bus to Wilhelmshaven, Jever on foot in a few minutes. One of the most picturesque resorts of the southern North Sea. This applies not only to the excellent infrastructure and the maintenance of the spa facilities but is also marked by the beautiful Frisian landscape, the very large recreational facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, spa facilities and excellent gastronomic offers. Self use the large supermarkets in Horumersiel, the grocery store and bakery in Schillig and the popular discount store in the vicinity.

Cancellation terms:
- Tritt der Mieter vom Vertrag zurück ohne für einen Nachmieter zu sorgen, verfällt die Anzahlung. Die Rücktrittserklärung muss spätestens 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn vorliegen. Bei einem späteren Rücktritt wird der volle Mietpreis fällig, wenn es dem Vermieter nicht gelingt, die Wohneinheit anderweitig zu vermieten. Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.

The house is fully and comprehensively furnished with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, you must bring them with you. Bed linen can be rented from the manager for a fee. The furnishings and bedding are suitable for allergy sufferers. Pillows are available in both short (80X40) and large (80X80) versions. All mattresses have been purchased according to orthopaedic principles so that you will not have back problems during your holiday.

Hooray , we were back.
4 Borussia fans spent their dream holiday again after 2 years
Dream holiday in the comfortable HAUS ANNE.
Everything was just right here again, the peace and quiet, the cleanliness and

A stroll through the old town of Jever, a bike ride to Hooksiel
Hooksiel and a fish dinner at the Albrecht smokehouse in
in Harlesiel was our holiday programme.
An evening walk on the beach was simply a must.
The 4 of us will gladly come again, because HAUS ANNE
and the beach of Schillig are worth a visit.

Feriendomizil Haus Anne
Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, Garten mit einer Liege, vier Stühlen und Tisch ausreichend auch für Familien.
Ruhige Lage und zum Strand sehr kurze Wege, hätte nicht gedacht, dass die Angaben 200 Meter richtig sind, jedoch es stimmt.
Sehr gute Ausstattung besonders auch in der Küche, alles vorhanden , einfach super.
Garage war für mich als Autofan genau richtig, jedoch das Auto braucht man vor Ort fast gar nicht, da mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern (vier) vieles unternommen werden kann.

Ein Haus zum Entspannen
Wir haben uns im Haus Anne mit Oma und einem 1,5 Jahre alten Kind sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Bungalow hat alles was man in einem Nordsee Urlaub benötigt, auch mit einem kleinen KInd. Da alles auf einer Ebene liegt, gibt es viel Raum zum Krabbeln! Das Haus liegt direkt hinter dem Deich, sodass man schnell am Strand ist. Im Ort Schillig gibt es kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man den 2km entfernten Edeka Markt ohne Probleme (wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort). Das Haus ist TOP gepflegt!

Ein komfortables Ferienhaus mit gepflegter Außenanlage, sowie ein
super schönes ,modernes ,geräumiges Haus zum Wohlfühlen.
In bester, ruhiger Lage.
Ideale Strandlage und Radtouren mit vorhandenen Fahrrädern.
Ein Besuch im Marinemuseum in Wilhelmshafen sollte nicht fehlen.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und deshalb bedanken sich 4 Urlauber

Ferienhaus in bester ruhiger Lage, direkt hinter dem Deich zum wunderschönen Strand
Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schön angelegtem Garten, ideale ruhige Lage zum Strand, sehr gute Ausstattung besonders auch in der Küche so wie zu Hause ist alles vorhanden , einfach super.
Auto braucht man vor Ort fast gar nicht, da mit vorhandenen Fahrrädern vieles unternommen werden kann.

sehr sauberes, ordentliches gräumiges, ruhiges Ferienhaus in dem wir uns von der ersten Stunde an wohl fühlten. Äusseres Erscheinungsbild mit sehr viel Liebe gepflegt. Zuverlässige und hilfsbereite Betreuung. Unser Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert.
