Our 75 sqm Non smoking apartment is located on the ground floor in a well maintained residential complex in 1st line of the port and is ideal for 2 people.
The apartment consists of a spacious living-dining room, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster, stove and oven, etc., a spacious bedroom and an integrated, glazed balcony and a bathroom with tub / shower.
The complex has two pools and sun deck with loungers and a fantastic sea view.
German TV channels are received. Internet can be our manager for 35, - € hinzubuchen.
In summer, a mobile air conditioning, fans and heating in winter in the living room and bathroom.
An information pack is available: tips on the area, important phone numbers (German physician in Estepona).
Our managers located suburb, is for you at all times.
In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets and several restaurants and bars, so a car is not absolutely necessary.
In the complex there is parking.
A bus stop is located outside the main entrance.

At the marina of Estepona numerous water sports are offered.
Tapas bars, cafes, restaurants few steps from here. Eat fresh fish. Watch the fishermen at work. On Sundays there is the famous street market.
About the beautiful beach promenade walk in 15 minutes to downtown Estepona.
Estepona is still an insider tip. Stroll through the beautiful streets.
The former fishing village is bounded on the north by the Sierra Bermeja and the south of the Mediterranean. Though it is a bustling tourist center today, it has retained its original charm.

Pure relaxation
We were here for the 3rd time, it is always pure relaxation. We feel very comfortable in the apartment. The nearby beach is perfect for sunbathing. Also highly recommended is the new restaurant Lili in the port of Estepona, the food is delicious. It is worth a visit! This year we also went to the port of Marbella, Puerto Banus, which is also very worth seeing. It was another great vacation where we could relax perfectly, we will definitely come back next year.

To feel good
We stayed in this beautiful vacation apartment for 4 weeks in October 2016, now for the second time, to escape the winter, and once again we were not disappointed. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, and we thoroughly enjoyed the mild climate and daily sunshine.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and has an ideal location for everything that makes a vacation enjoyable. Supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. are right outside the door. The interesting Sunday market at the harbor can also be reached in a few minutes. Directly opposite the apartment is a city bus stop for the circular bus, which we gladly used despite having a rental car. The very helpful contact person on site was reassuring.
We will definitely come back.

Very nice central location
We really enjoyed the vacation. The location right at the harbor is really great. supermarkets and restaurants around the corner, couldn't be more convenient. You can reach the beautiful old town in about 10 minutes via the beautiful beach promenade. We did have a rental car but it is not necessary.
The holiday apartment is clean and spacious with a side view of the lake/harbor. Fridge with freezer, washing machine, etc. are available, nothing was missing.
Key handover was easy through the caretaker at the harbor (he speaks English). Wi-Fi had to be set up separately by the caretaker, costs an extra €35.00.

Immer wieder schön.
Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super. Restaurants um die Ecke. Zwei Supermärkte in der Nähe. Estepona ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und hat eine reizvolle Innenstadt. Der Pool gleich am Haus hat natürlichen Schatten und man kann sich gut dort aufhalten. Der Abholservice vom Flughafen klappt bestens, da wir uns kein Auto mieten.

We are a family from Northern Germany. A few years ago, we have the Western Costa del Sol discovered for us. The mild climate in winter and 320 days of sunshine have convinced us. In southern Spain, the whole family is experiencing a relaxing and enjoyable break. Many different excursions offer something for young and old. Relaxed beach days with plenty of space to run around and relax. Chiringuitos (beach bars) in between for the hungry. Short car trips to Gibraltar with the Monkey Rock, check out the white mountain villages Casares and Ronda, shopping in Marbella, a coffee in one of the beautiful harbors on the Costa del Sol, wine tours, a good value for money - all these points delight us every year anew !
