Welcome to our holiday flat mariTimo:-) Here you can feel good in every season... Look forward to a modern, sunny holiday flat with exclusive furnishings and loving details. Our holiday flat has 64 sqm and is distributed over 2 levels, 2 bedrooms, open living/dining area, bathroom, and balcony. It is located on the outskirts of Norden Norddeich with very good transport connections
An open living/dining area with sitting area and wicker armchairs as well as a dining area for cosy hours await you. Electric shutters, 32" TV and free Wi-Fi are also part of the equipment
The high-quality kitchen is comfortably equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, freezer compartment, coffee machine, pad machine, toaster, waffle iron and much more.
On this level you will also find the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV as well as a modern bathroom with ground-level shower and underfloor heating. In the spacious upper sleeping area there are 2 single beds, 1 chest of drawers, armchair and TV
A beach chair awaits you on the sunny balcony. You can also look forward to an infrared heat cabin even in rough weather.
Own parking space and entrance. Lockable bicycle shed. Nordic walking sticks. 1 small dog is only allowed on request

Top holiday apartment furnished with love.
We stayed in the accommodation for just under a week. We lacked nothing. Everything was available. The decoration, the furniture, everything was fitting. We felt at home. And the cleanliness was the same. Everything was very well-maintained. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Incredible
We stayed with our children in the mariTimo holiday flat in Norddeich in October
The flat is well located in a quiet street and the North Sea can be reached by car in 5 minutes
The keys were handed over contactless via a safe at the front door
Perhaps a little impractical is the staircase in the entrance area, which makes a stay for people with limited mobility almost impossible. However, this did not apply to us
The holiday flat in a new building is above average and lovingly furnished. From the egg cooker to various coffee machines to 3 TVs and an infrared heat cabin, no wishes are left unfulfilled. The kitchen has all the utensils you need, which is really practical if you want to cook for yourself
The beds are very comfortable and there is enough space for clothes in the existing wardrobes
It was very sweet that even toys for the little guests were thought of. There are all kinds of games in a chest upstairs.
Unfortunately, the staircase to the first floor gets a point deduction. It is very (!) steep and our daughter (2) had her heart stopped once or twice
We know other holiday flats and can say from our point of view that this one was by far the best!
This was definitely not our last holiday at the North Sea and in the holiday flat mariTimo :-)

Tolle Urlaubszeit
Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist etwas Besonderes. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man gut daheim etwas zubereiten kann. Räder sollte man mitbringen oder ausleihen, dann ist man bestens aufgestellt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, die kurze Strecke zum Strand oder zur Fähre für Ausflüge auf die vorgelagerten Inseln. Wir wussten die Rolläden zu schätzen zum Abdunkeln und mal richtig ausschlafen :-).Volle Empfehlung!

Traumurlaub bei Frau Hallau
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub ,in der mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Zudem spielte auch das Wetter mit, die Sonne schien fast jeden Tag und wir konnten auf dem tollen Balkon frühstücken . Anschließend mit den Fahrrädern die Stadt Norden erkunden , ein heißer Tip: einen echten Ostfriesentee im urigen Garten der Westgaster Mühle zu genießen. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Eine Wohnung zu wohlfühlen
Wir haben eine Woche mit unserem 6 jährigen Enkel dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, und mit wirklich allen Gegenständen des täglichen Gebrauchs ausgestattet, die man benötigt.
Die Lage ist wunderbar, das Haus gepflegt, wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Traumunterkunft
Wir hatten eine super tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schicken Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles vorhanden (alle Elektrogeräte, Fernseher in jedem Zimmer, Infrarotsauna, Strandkorb auf der Terrasse...).
Und super sauber!
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen:-).
