The holiday home "Lütt Usedom" is a two-storey semi-detached house that was newly renovated at the end of 2019
In the cosy and modern, Scandinavian-style furnished house for up to 8 people, you can spend the most beautiful time of the year (and that at any time of the year). On the ground floor with hallway, guest toilet and kitchen is the spacious living/dining room with a comfortable sofa corner, an additional recamiere and table football. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with double bed and TV (one of the bedrooms has a baby cot), a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a bathroom with bath and shower
The house has underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and in the bathroom upstairs. The windows are equipped with electric blinds and mostly with fly screens.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home "Lütt Usedom" is situated in a sunny and central, yet very quiet location (private road) almost in the heart of Zinnowitz. The town centre with numerous shopping facilities, various pubs and bars is only 200m away. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is about a 5-minute walk away and the Zinnowitz pier about 500 metres. A parking space for one car is available, another one can be provided on request.

Tag vor Reiseantritt 80% und ab dem 14. Tag vor Anreise 100%. Empfohlen wird der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Für Umbuchungen erheben wir eine Aufwandspauschale von 20,00 Euro.
