Description
The house is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and is completely tiled and laminated. The kitchen is well equipped and the house offers many possibilities to spend a nice time in any weather. In the garden there is plenty of space to relax and / or barbecue. Two terraces with a table and four chairs and two sunbeds invite you to read and sunbathe. Bicycles can be stored in the open shelter. The holiday home has two bedrooms, which are located in the basement of the house and each have an outside window. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200) and wardrobe, from here the way leads to the second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), wardrobe and cosy armchair.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Karby is very centrally located between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea, in the immediate vicinity of Kappeln, Damp and Schönhagen. Eckernförde is also within easy reach, and the proximity to the beach makes Hauszeit a sought-after holiday address.
It is a nice, quiet little place that nevertheless offers a lot. There is a bakery practically right outside the door, and next to it a small, well-stocked grocery shop. And opposite is the hotel restaurant Nüser.
Larger purchases can be made in Kappeln (approx. 3 km), and here there are of course plenty of restaurants and pubs, supermarkets and many small shops.

Relaxing vacation
Dear Petra,
Unfortunately, our vacation is already coming to an end.
We are now for the second time in this wonderful area and get to stay in your pretty and great little house.
Even though the temperatures were very intense for the north this year, we still enjoyed our vacation very much.
Your house is simply a haven of peace where one can relax and recover. There really is nothing missing and you can tell that you've furnished everything with a lot of heart and love.
In any case, we felt extremely comfortable and satisfied again.
Our Beagle Lady also liked it very much, especially the great garden.
We are leaving with heavy hearts but are already looking forward to a reunion next year.
