Description
The modernly furnished house with its green roof ensures a pleasant living climate in every season. The heat wave radiators additionally support the healthy indoor climate. The large windows facing the lake provide plenty of light in the house
The living room, with integrated kitchen, has a sofa bed (1.60 m wide), dining area as well as a satellite TV, games and books for entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, 4 plate cooker, oven and all cooking utensils. The bedroom has a half-timbered loft bed. There is a 1.60 m wide double bed downstairs and a 0.90 m wide single bed upstairs. Fly screens and blackout blinds ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In front of the house is a large terrace facing south and the lake. The terrace is covered and equipped with seating furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. You can safely lock your bicycles in the cellar. The free parking space is directly in front of the house. Your dog is very welcome. For small children, we are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot free of charge. Bed linen and towels are also available for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on a small southern hand towards Groß Labenzer See. The landscape around the house is characterised by pure nature. Anglers, water and nature lovers as well as cyclists will feel right at home here. But the region also offers countless recreational opportunities and excursion destinations. The Groß Labenzer See lake, a jetty and boat rental are only 100 m away. The beach/beach with snack bar, playground, table tennis table and volleyball court can be reached in 300 metres. In a few hundred metres you reach the fishing ponds with fish sale. You can also get fishing permits here. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bicycle rental, petrol station, bakery etc. can be found in Warin, approx. 3 km away.
From the house you can start hiking and cycling tours through the nature reserve Sternberger Seenland. A huge forest and lake area of the nature reserve starts only 100 m from the house. You can discover almost 100 lakes, rivers, museums, resting places and bathing spots, cafés, art galleries, cosy inns, water mills, nature park centre, potteries and much more
In the region you can go on canoe tours, herb walks, horse-drawn carriage rides, boat trips or boat tours. Families can visit the zoo in the Hanseatic city of Wismar or Schwerin, the Schwerin Climbing Forest and TV Tower, the Mumpitz Children's Land in Wismar or the Wonnemar adventure pool with sauna area in Wismar. The Pirate Open Air Theatre in Grevesmühlen and the Nature and Environment Park in Güstrow are also highly recommended. The Hanseatic city of Wismar and the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea can be reached in about 30 km. The state capital Schwerin, with one of the most beautiful castles in Germany, is about 40 km away

Schönes und sauberes Häuschen am Hang. Ausgedehnte Spaziergänge in der Natur rund um den Labenzer See. Man kann seine Ruhe genießen. Wir haben nur nette Nachbarn kennengelernt.

Enjoy nature and tranquility
For us (a couple in our 60s with a Havanese dog), it was a fantastic two-week vacation with lots of peace, nature, and very nice neighbors.
Thanks to the description and pictures provided by the owner, we found the house without any problems. It's a small house, but it offers enough space and freedom to move around, even in bad weather. The house is very bright, thanks to many windows. Large bathroom. View from the bed into the greenery. The furnishings are well thought out. Everything was very clean. We just would have liked a slightly larger refrigerator. Fresh vegetables, sausage, meat, drinks... it was very cramped. Other than that, everything was great! Everything needed in the kitchen area was available. Sufficient cutlery, cups, plates, bowls, and everything else needed for cooking. Even large cups (mugs) were there. The terrace is well usable even in the rain thanks to the overhead cover.
No WiFi and the cell phone reception is moderate or non-existent, depending on the network. This didn't bother us. In Warin at the tourist information, the reception is quite good, and you can connect to the WiFi there. Very nice people at the tourist information.
It's only a few steps to the lake and you can enter the water there right next to the jetty - even with a dog. The beach is right next door. Like everything else there, it's very well maintained and clean. Dogs are not allowed there. The house also includes a rowboat that can be used.
If you like untouched nature and tranquility, this is the right place for you. However, a car is necessary here. There are no shopping facilities nearby (about 4 km away). Cycling here is only recommended with an e-bike, as it is very hilly. Or you are physically very fit.

Peace and great nature
The accommodation was clean and adequately well-equipped as described and shown in pictures.
We could contact the landlady at any time and, for example, reorder towels.
If you are looking for peace and intact nature, this is the right place! Well-maintained playgrounds and the beach resort are in close proximity and invite you to play and swim.

Kurztrip nach Meck'Pomm =)
Wir waren 3 Erwachsenen und ein Hund (Dackel).
Ich würde nicht empfehlen diese Unterkunft mit einem großen Hund zu buchen.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein.
Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, sodass wir dauerhaft draußen sitzen und bspw. auch essen konnten.
Somit konnten wir den Esstisch im Haus als Ablage und zum kochen (Vorbereitungen etc.) nutzen.
Andernfalls wäre kochen etwas schwierig, da die Küche keine Arbeitsfläche hat.
Die Küchenutensilien sind teilweise genau für drei Personen (z.B. 3 Tassen).
Außerdem müssten einige Utensilien ausgetauscht werden (z.B. Plastikschalen, Kochlöffel)
Damit wollten wir teilweise nicht kochen...
Was auch ärgerlich war, die Information/der Minimarkt war trotz ausgehängter Öffnungszeiten nicht geöffnet.
Die Bademöglichkeit für den Hund war der 100m entfernte Steg. Auf der Rasenfläche davor konnte man sich aufgrund der Hinterlassenschaften einiger Wildgänse nicht niederlassen, sodass man sich mit allen anderen Urlaubern mit Hunden den Steg teilen musste. Den Zugang zum See über den Spielplatz darf man mit Hund nicht betreten/nutzen. Das hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt.
Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub mit sehr viel Ruhe.
Die Nachbar waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wenn wir eine Frage hatten konnten wir die Besitzerin der Unterkunft kontaktieren und wir bekamen sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung.

vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Es freut uns, dass Sie einen schönen Urlaub hatten. Es ist richtig, dass das Haus mit 30 m² vom Platz begrenzt ist. Die Küche bietet nur eine kleine Arbeitsfläche. Der Esstisch ist jedoch ausreichend groß um diesen alternativ als Arbeitsfläche zu nutzen. Die Küchenutensilien werden wir überprüfen. Danke für den Hinweis. Bezüglich des Minimarktes und der Hinterlassenschaften der Wildgänse haben wir keinen Einfluss, da diese nicht von uns betrieben werden. Wir hoffen, dass Sie sich gut erholen konnten und die Zeit am Groß Labenzer See genossen haben.

House at Lake Labenzer See 5
We were very satisfied and enjoyed the beautiful terrace. Everything in the bungalow was to our satisfaction. Boat and bathing jetty are also available. It's only a stone's throw away from Wismar and Schwerin. Everything was great.

perfekte Lage
Sehr hübscher Bungalow mit großer Terrasse, die zum verweilen einlädt
Die Lage ist ideal - nur ein paar Schritte zum See. Dadurch perfekt zum Kanu fahren oder SUPen, was ich auch ausgiebig getan habe.
Ich komme sicherlich wieder.

Klein aber fein
Der Bungalow, ist wirklich sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet.
Jeder Raus ist mit Infarotheizkörpern ausgestattet. Das gesamte Grundstück ist umzäunt, der Bumgalow selbst aber nicht, wer also mit Hund anreist, kann ich nicht mal eben vor die Tür lassen, da rings herum andere nicht umzäunte Bungalows stehen.
Ansonsten ist die Lage für Baden mit dem Hund cxa 100m entfernt und für Kinder und Reisende ohne Hund das Starndbad 200m entfernt (Hund sind dort nicht erlaubt)
Eine Anreise ohne Auto ist kaum zu empfehlen, da es wirklich sehr abgelegn liegt ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Häuschen ist sehr hübsch und sauber, ganz modern eingerichtet, die Betten waren auch neu und sehr bequem.
Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren über Silvester hier und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung und Landschaft ist sehr schön und man kann sich gut erholen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmerte sich gut um uns. Es ist auch von der Lage aus ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die Ostsee und nach Schwerin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auch an Wintertagen ist es hier wie im Urlaub.
Herrliche Ruhe, einpaar Vögel singen und ein schöner Blick auf den See und den Wald. Dazu ist das kleine Häuschen liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Tage hier haben mir gut gefallen. Bestimmt komme ich wieder.
