The holiday flat is located 400 m from the Dahmen beach on Lake Malchin. It has its own separate entrance with its own part of the garden. there are 4 beds in 2 different rooms, an additional bed in the bedroom is possible. There is a kitchenette and a small, lovingly furnished bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The holiday accommodation is heatable and can therefore be used all year round. The living room is cosy and modernly furnished. A satellite TV is available for entertainment. There are shopping facilities in the village in a small corner shop. For larger purchases, the supermarkets in Teterow, 11 km away, are suitable. There are 2 restaurants in the village, one of them directly on the beach with a playground for the little ones. You can get fresh smoked fish directly in the village from the fisherman.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the village of Dahmen on Lake Malchin in the centre of the Mecklenburg Switzerland Nature Park and Lake Kummerow. The towns of Waren-Müritz (Venice of the North), Teterow and Malchin are each 20 minutes away. The unique nature of the surrounding area is a delight for animal and nature lovers. The municipality of Dahmen with 630 inhabitants in the middle of the nature park "Mecklenburgische Schweiz and Kummerower See" consists of the districts Hüttenkoppel, Dahmen, Rothenmoor, Ziddorf, Neu Ziddorf, Großen Luckow, Barz and Bockholt. The village of Dahmen was first mentioned in a document in 1235. Worth seeing in the village is the small church in Gothic architectural style with its unique wooden belfry. Remains of the former sugar factory and its ancillary facilities can still be found in Dahmen today. The landscape conservation area and bird sanctuary around Lake Malchin in the Mecklenburg Switzerland Nature Park offers unique living conditions for a species-rich flora and fauna. Numerous very rare bird species, such as white-tailed eagles, kingfishers, orioles, etc. are still native here.
