The apartment is located in a quiet side road between the city centre and the beach, in a new apartment house in the top (3rd) floor. Swinemünde / Swinoujscie is a seaside resort on the island of Usedom /Uznam (Poland) which is located directly at the Baltic Sea at the German-Polish border, in immediate vicinity to the German seaside resort Ahlbeck. It is the oldest seaside resort at the Baltic Sea coast of West Pomerania. Touristic acitivities in Swinoujscie started in 1824, and in the following years the first resort facilities were being built, the boardwalk and the spa gardens. Today, Swinoujscie is living up to its past and is again a flourishing resort. There is brisk
commutation and exchange across the German-Polish border which is easy to cross (passport is sufficient, there are no customs controls and no waiting time. Pedestrians and bike crossing only.). While tourists from Swinoujscie enjoy decency and laid-back resorts in Germany, tourists from the German side of the border enjoy Polish liveliness, excellent shopping facilities (Boutiques, shops, supermarkets and street markets) and restauration (Hotels, Restaurants, Beach Cafes) at budget Polish prices. ****

Great property in Swinoujscie with a very good price-performance ratio.
Very nice and above all large property. You can spread out comfortably here and there are many sleeping options and a cozy living room as well as 2 balconies. The apartment is also very well equipped, especially in the kitchen.
All daily necessities are very close by, it is only about a 15-minute walk to the beach. We can definitely recommend it.

Sonnige, große Wohnung!
Super grosse Wohnung (100qm), man fühlt richtig den Platz. Unsre beiden Kinder (8,10) hatten ihr eigenes Zimmer. Essen, Wohnen und Küche offen und sehr viel Licht, wir haben auf den beiden Balkonen bis spät abends die Sonne genossen. Tolles Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, dort gibt's auch gleich Restaurants und Cafes und die Innenstadt (Fussgängerzone) zum Shoppen. Der Strand auf Usedom ist ohnehin einmalig. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöne, große Ferienwohnung
Wir haben eine sehr schöne, große Ferienwohung vorgefunden. Für Familien können wir diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Fußnähe zum Strand und zur wunderschönen Promenade. Die zwei Balkone und das zweite WC mit Waschbecken in der Wohnung sind auch sehr vorteilhaft. Leider kein Lift im Haus und die Wohnung befindet sich im oberen Stockwerk.

Sehr grosszügige, sonnige Wohnung
Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (7 + 10) hier. Uns gefiel am besten, dass die Wohnung mit 100 qm sehr grosszügig ist. Die Kinder haben ihr eigenes Zimmer, und wer ausspannen möchte, hat noch das extra Schlafzimmer. Der Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenbereich ist offen und sehr gross und vor allem sehr sonnig - fast bodentiefe Fenster nach zwei Seiten. Auf dem Balkon kann man praktisch bis Sonnenuntergang in der Sonne sitzen. Die Küche ist wirklich voll ausgestattet und auch sehr geräumig - anders als in den meisten Ferienwohnungen wo wir waren, wo man nicht viel mehr als eine Kochecke hat. Dies ist übrigens keine ausgesprochene Strandwohnung. Zum Strand kommt man bequem zu Fuss (z.T. durch einen Park) oder mit Fahrrad (in der Wohnung vorhanden), die Wohnung selbst liegt aber in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermarkt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Auch zur Oder und zur Innenstadt ist es nur um die Ecke, prima zum Bummeln, wenn die Sonne mal nicht brennt. Betreuung ist super durch netten Verwalter vor Ort. Alles zusammen eine klare Empfehlung!
