Description
The holiday home near Dresden is approx. 100 m² and can be occupied by 1-7 people. A large living room with integrated kitchen is available at ground level. The kitchen of the holiday home is equipped with:
- Ceramic hob
- oven
- microwave oven
- fridge/freezer combination - dishwasher
- electric kettle
- Toaster
- coffee maker
The living room of the holiday flat invites you to relax with a cosy couch corner with TV. Furthermore, there is a large dining table where you can spend relaxing evenings in convivial company. In addition, there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.
The upper floor of the holiday home has three bedrooms and another bathroom with a bathtub.
One large bedroom is equipped with a double bed (200×200 cm) and a sleeping chair. In the bedroom next door there are two single beds (90×200 cm) which can also be put together if necessary.
The third bedroom of the holiday flat is equipped with another double bed (160×200 cm). All bedrooms have their own TV and, as of July 2016, Wi-Fi. In addition, electric shutters are installed throughout the house.
You are welcome to use the garden around the holiday home. At your free disposal are:

- Playground (swing, slide and sandpit)
- Sitting area
Bed linen is available, please bring your own towels.
The house is a non-smoking house. The holiday home is not wheelchair accessible because of the stairs to the bedrooms. Two children's chairs for the dining table are available in the holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object
Liegau-Augustusbad offers a rural idyll and is located on the northern edge of the Dresdener Heide (Dresden Heath) on the river Röder, only 13 km from Dresden city centre. This can be reached both by car and by public transport. The location of the accommodation offers excellent opportunities for an active holiday. Hiking, walking and cycling tours are possible in the Seidersdorfer Tal and the Dresdener Heide. If you fancy longer excursions, you can pay a visit to " Saxon Switzerland", with its bizarre rock formations and landscapes. Dresden offers a wide range of cultural activities. In winter you can visit the oldest Christmas market in Europe. The Semper Opera House is always worth a visit, as are the Church of Our Lady and Dresden's Zwinger, one of Germany's most famous baroque buildings. Also pay a visit to the oldest hunting lodge in Europe, Moritzburg Castle, and visit Meissen, 35km away, with its porcelain factory, cathedral, Albrechtsburg Castle and Proschwitz Castle. Nearby Radeberg offers more exciting activities to make your holiday interesting. Klippenstein Castle and the famous Radeberg Brewery await your visit. You can take a paddle steamer on the Elbe from Dresden city centre to "Pillnitz Castle". A very special day on holiday for our younger guests will be a visit to the toy village of Seiffen with its lovely miniature towns and to the dinosaur park in Kleinwelka, with life-size representations of prehistoric lizards. The golf course in Ullersdorf is only 6 km away.
There are 3 open-air swimming pools (Waldbad Langebrück, Stadtbad Radeberg and Freibad Wachau) each about 3 km away.
Liegau-Augustusbad itself is 10 km away from Dresden airport, from the holiday home it is only 2.5 km to Dresden-Langebrück railway station. If you are travelling to the holiday home by car, the two motorway exits, Ottendorf -Okrilla with a distance of 7 km and Dresden Klotzsche with a distance of 10 km are the closest. The holiday home is located between the "Seifersdorfer Tal" and the "Dresdener Heide",
both within 5 minutes walking distance. The Radeberg circular hiking trail connects the district with the Seifersdorfer Tal and the Dresdener Heide and via Kleinwachau with Feldschlösschen.
Liegau-Augustusbad is connected to Langebrück (Dresden) by state road 180. The town is connected to the public transport system by the VVO bus lines 308 and 302.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir waren zum 2ten mal in diesem sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus. Wir sind 3 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, die zwischen 8 und 1 Jahr/e alt sind. Alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Von Der Familie Heider wurden wir herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Sie war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Wie immer war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt nahe an Dresden in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Radeberg und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Dresden und die Umgebung zu besichtigen.
Ausstattung des Hauses einfach toll. Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr nett empfangen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

einfach super
Wir waren über ein Wochenende mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Wir konnten nichts beanstanden und haben sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der kleine hatte eine schöne Zeit. Es war alles sauber und sehr ordentlich bei unserer Ankunft. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Alles in allem war es klasse und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super Ferienhaus

Ideales Ferienhaus am Rand von Dresden.
Sehr geehrte Familie Heider,
wir wollen es nicht versäumen, Ihnen noch unsere volle Zufriedenheit für den Ferienaufenthalt in Ihrem Ferienhaus auf diesem Weg zu bekunden.
Wir waren ja mit 6 Erwachsene vor Ort. Es hat allen gut gefallen und die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung wurde lobend erwähnt. Das Wetter war auch gut, wenn es auch Anfangs etwas kühl war, was zum Wandern aber angenehm war.
Ihr Ferienobjekt werden wir für eventuelle weitere Urlaubstage "im Auge behalten" und es weiter empfehlen. - Die Landschaft ist toll.
Nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles und für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung in allen organisatorischen Belangen.
