250 sqm finca for sole use in a beautiful location near Denia only metres from the sandy beach Las Marinas.
The spacious finca is situated on a private plot of three thousand square metres with its own private pool of 5 x 10 metres. Sun loungers and a parasol are available on the pool terrace.
The living-dining room has SAT-TV and an internet connection via WIFI. The kitchen is extensively equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also part of the equipment. The finca has a total of three bedrooms, two are furnished with a double bed (1.50 metres wide), one with 2 single beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, the large bedroom on the upper floor is also equipped with a satellite TV. One of the bathrooms has a shower, washbasin and WC. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and WC. In another, smaller room, 2 additional beds for children could be provided on request. For the cooler season there is an oil central heating.
Parking spaces and a garage are on the fenced private property.
Pets are allowed.
