The holiday home is located in a newly developed holiday home area on the Salzhaff and was completed in 2005. The house "Captain's Rest" offers space for 6 people on 100 sqm, has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. On the upper floor there is a second living area with a large panoramic window offering a magnificent view of the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea. The house is modernly furnished with an open kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and with a sheltered terrace it offers possibilities for a cosy stay outdoors.

Location and surroundings of object
Boiensdorf out of reach Wismar in about 20 minutes. For Poel is about 15 km and 13 km from Rerik. Also, Rostock, Lübeck, the state capital Schwerin, Bad Doberan and Kuehlungsborn are easily accessible by convenient transportation. Boiensdorf is a quiet place on the salt lagoon near the city of Wismar, which is off the main tourist centers. In Salzhaff, a shallow bay of the Baltic, even small children can swim and play safely. It is also a popular surfing area. From the cottage area for bathing area is only 1500 meters. In the neighboring Stove (2km) technology enthusiasts can visit a working windmill that invites you to wind the foam Ahlen. Then bread is baked in clay oven.

Grandioser Blick auf das Salzhaff
Das Haus lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Empfehlenswert für Familien. Auch die Umgebung ist abwechslungsreich.
Leider fehlen Insektenschutznetze und in der oberen Etage ist die Möglichkeit der Verdunklung nur mäßig gegeben.

Idyllisch mit tollem Ausblick
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Wismar, die Ostseebäder Rerik und Kühlungsborn sind schnell zu erreichen und bei schlechtem Wetter bietet das große Panoramafenster im ersten Stock einen tollen Blick auf die Ostsee.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Absolut ruhig in einer Ferienanlage. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man in Wismar oder an den Ostseebädern Rerik und Kühlungsborn
free time activities: Die Umgebung bietet eine große Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten. Fahrradfahrern wird es besonders gefallen.
shopping facilities: Die nächsten Supermärkte sind ca. 10 km entfernt. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Dorfmuseum im Nachbarort, welches täglich frische Brote und Kuchen direkt im Lehmbackofen backt.
