Our North Sea holiday home "Nordseebrise" is comfortably equipped with everything the holidaymaker expects
Due to the ground-level room layout, the holiday home "Nordseebrise" is partly barrier-free, i.e. senior-friendly and suitable for people with mobility restrictions. But families and holidaymakers with dogs will also feel at home here.
The approx. 70 sqm large, detached, non-smoking holiday home with fenced property is also ideal for holidaymakers with dogs. Our comfortably furnished holiday home offers space for up to 4 people and a small child (up to 3 years). The kitchen is optimally equipped. From the cooker with oven to the microwave, egg boiler, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and dishwasher, you will find everything your heart desires. The exclusive equipment in the holiday home includes a satellite TV in the living room and both bedrooms.
A fenced garden with south-facing terrace and garden furniture, barbecue and handcart, as well as the parking space directly at the holiday home round off your stay. You can store your bicycles in the spacious garden shed.

Location and surroundings of object
The coastal seaside resort of Dorum-Neufeld with its diverse recreational facilities is located directly on the coast of Lower Saxony. Here you will find the beach hall, the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, the bathing beach with the new Watt 'N' Bad, the dog beach, the picturesque cutter harbour and a children's playhouse. It is only about 20 km to Cuxhaven or Bremerhaven. From our holiday home it is only a stone's throw to the beach and the dog beach (approx. 500 m). The dyke bakery and the restaurants are only a few steps away (approx. 300 m). Larger purchases can be made by car in the nearby town of Dorum. The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot or by bike. Winter holidays here are also delightful and above all good for your bronchial tubes! Experience and feel it yourself.

Kann nicht weiter erläutert werden
Im Fernsehbereich könnte eine indirekte Beleuchtung hinter dem Fernseher
angebracht werden.
Die allgemeine Beleuchtung im Fernsehbereich könnte etwas gemütlicher
erscheinen. Die Deckenstrahler erzeugen kalte Atmosphäre.

Tolles Haus
Wir haben uns Pudelwohl gefühlt und waren sehr begeistert. Allerdings haben wir 2 Anregungen, die behoben werden könnten, wir haben in dem Schlafzimmer neben dem Bad geschlafen, da knarren die Lattenroste bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung und die Messer waren ziemlich stumpf. ?
Aber wir kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Tolles Haus!
Das Haus ist niedlich, sehr gemütlich und durch die ruhige Lage mit eingezäuntem Garten nach hinten raus, sehr zu empfehlen! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, besonders toll waren die Fliegengitter in jedem Raum und die Außenjalousien. Beide Bäder waren toll, die Dusche ist ebenerdig. Wir hatten schon einige Häuser in Dorum-Neufeld, aber dies ist definitiv eines der Schönsten. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!
