The flat is located directly on Strandallee with a view of the dune mile. Restaurants, cafes, boutiques and bakers are only a few metres away from the flat. Other leisure facilities such as mini-golf courses, playgrounds and skating rink are also within easy reach.
Enjoy the sun on the beautiful wooden terrace with a small lawn. You can reach the fine sandy beach in just a few steps.

A beautiful bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm box-spring bed, LCD TV 32" with DVD and external blinds invites you to relax and unwind.
In the living and dining area you can enjoy TV evenings on the large sofa bed. LCD flat screen TV, Bluray player and music system with CD/radio/USB/MP3/Bluetooth are of course part of the equipment.
WLAN free of charge
The galley kitchen with design back wall is ready for a great gourmet meal with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a Tassimo machine, etc.
The feel-good shower room with its elegant glass washbasin, wellness lighting, floor-level shower tray and towel radiator+floor heating is the perfect place to start a relaxing day!
The floor in the living area is fitted with elegant designer flooring.
A high chair and a travel cot are available for our younger guests. (The bed can be placed in the bedroom)
You can reach the holiday flat comfortably from the underground car park using the lift.
A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the house for a fee.
With the two bicycles you can explore the beautiful landscape!

Our holiday flat "StrandVILLA" is only a few steps away from the fine sandy beach & the dune mile of Scharbeutz !
Scharbeutz - Hotspot of the Baltic Sea Coast
Along the beach promenade Scharbeutz you will find many playgrounds, shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants such as GOSCH & the cafe "WICHTIG", bicycle and beach chair rental, a modern skater facility and mini golf facilities in the dunes & in the spa gardens. A pharmacy and medical care are also available in the village.
From the pier (planned from 2023), you can take the excursion steamers along the coast of the Bay of Lübeck to Boltenhagen in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
By bike it is only a few minutes to Timmendorf & Haffkrug. Always along the beach and always with a view of the Baltic Sea. In Niendorf harbour you can get fresh fish directly from the fisherman and a cool tapped Klüvers beer from Neustadt. It takes about 10 minutes by car to get to the HansaPark in Sierksdorf. A leisure and adventure park with roller coasters and water rides, shows, carousels and a high ropes course for young and old. The new hyper-coaster "The Oath of Kärnan" is a must for roller coaster fans!
Stroll through the bird park in Niendorf or discover the diverse underwater world at the Sealife Center in Timmendorf.

Short vacation
We felt very comfortable in the well-furnished apartment. The box spring bed is comfortable and the large wardrobe (a small area is separated for the vacuum cleaner) is sufficient. There is also a small television, but we didn't use it.
The bathroom has a level shower with excellent water pressure, beautiful mood lighting above the glass basin, and a toilet with automatic lowering. Sufficient storage space, cabinets, and towel hooks are also available.
In the living area with kitchen, everything is adequately available. The sofa is cozy, the television is great, and the dining chairs are very comfortable.
We particularly liked that there was enough dishes.
The underground parking has a large parking space and it's just a stone's throw away from the bakery Brede.
The beach, promenade, and restaurants are nearby.
Not to forget: The nice contact with Mrs. Werner. Even the birthday was not forgotten.
We will see each other again. Maybe even in your apartment on Fehmarn.

Great vacation
Dear Werner Family,
Thank you for the lovely and restful vacation in your very beautiful and tastefully furnished holiday apartment. We didn't miss anything. Just a few steps to the Baltic Sea. We can recommend this holiday apartment wholeheartedly without any hesitation.
Since we travel a lot and usually rent a holiday apartment, I can only say "Thank you, thank you, thank you". We rarely had such a top apartment where everything was really perfect.
We started the journey home with a laughing and a crying eye.

Super beautiful apartment
We were at the Baltic Sea for the first time and very satisfied. Scharbeutz is really recommendable, it is very clean there and has a beautiful beach promenade.
Now I naturally come to the apartment!
The apartment is so perfectly located, right by the sea, you couldn't live any closer.
It is very modern and decorated with love. We were 2 adults and 2 children and felt completely comfortable. I didn't miss anything, especially in the kitchen, it was really fun to cook again. What is also cool is the flat-screen TV in the bedroom, we could retreat there in the evenings!
When the sun shines in the morning, you can enjoy it on the terrace.
So our conclusion: This vacation apartment is really recommendable.
