Our holiday home with pool in Siofok is located in a quiet street in Siofok. Lake Balaton is only 150 metres away, the Beach Club is 6-7 minutes walk away. The city centre is 500 m away (water tower)
The own holiday house is ideal for families. A large garden belongs to the house with parking in the yard, barbecue, garden furniture and pool (3.5 × 5.5 × 1.5 m).
There are 3 bedrooms in the house: 2 bedrooms with double beds, a triple room with a sofa bed for an extra person (extra bed possibility). There is also a kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, 4 plate cooker, dishwasher, plates, glasses, food and crockery. In the kitchen there is a dining area, TV with German channels. In the house the guests can use a bathroom with shower, WC and a separate WC.

Our holiday home with pool in Siofok is located in a quiet street in Siofok. Lake Balaton is only 150 metres away, the Beach Club is 6-7 minutes walk away. The city centre is 500 m away (water tower) Siofok is the biggest city of Lake Balaton and has 17 km long coastline. It is only 1 hour from Budapest by car.

| - Price/day/house for max. 7 persons - Our prices include: water, gas and electricity, cooking facilities, bed linen, parking in the garden, use of the pool - Visitor's tax is extra: Euro 1,5/day/adult - Use of air conditioning included in the price - you can only book from saturday to saturday - When booking 50% deposit is required via bank transfer. With the bank transfer you reserve our house. This deposit will not be refunded if you want to cancel the booking because you have reserved the house. The transfer costs have to be paid by the guests. - We take EUR 150 deposit for damage and keys - Arrival: from 4 pm. Departure until 10 a.m - On arrival guests have to fill in a registration form and sign our house rules. - Pets are allowed for Euro 15/day/pet - There are towels |
