Description
Modern family house just 150 meters from the sandy beach. It conists of two apartments (A1 100 square meters and A2 70 square meters ).
The first one, 100 square meters of living space (ground floor apartment) consists of two large rooms (15 square meters )(one double and one single bed per room), huge living room with sofa, dining table and TV set (30 square meters ), bathroom (10 square meters ) with all necessary equipment (hair drier, iron, washing machine, bathtub), kitchen with all appliances (electric induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, coffee machine, blender), two terraces (with sitting garniture for 8 person and deck chairs) with grill and 200 square meters of green garden suitable for small children playing as well as for sunbathing.
The other one, 1st floor apartment (approximately 70 square meters of living space) has the separate entrance from the back of the house. It consists of two large rooms (14 square meters) (one double bed per room), huge living room with sofa, sitting area and TV set, modern and spacious kitchen with bar, all appliances (electric induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, blender) and big glass dining table for six, bathroom fully equipped and two terraces, one larger with sitting garniture and dinning and other smaller with coffee table for drinking your first coffee in the morning and watching the sun rise. All rooms are facing the beautiful garden.
The entire house is air conditioned and has wi-fi. We rent each apartment separately (apartment A1 for 6 person, apartment A2 for 4 person) or the entire house (2 apartments for 10 person).
Guests have the use of bicycles and a surfboard.

House Marijana is located in the settlement Zablaće on the coast near Holiday Resort Solaris, 9 km from the center of Šibenik. A quiet coastal village offers great opportunity for serene holidays. A specious rocky, concrete and several sandy beaches make Zablaće a unique place for family vacation. Centre of Zablaće offers several restaurants, supermarket and coffee shops as well as local tourist sightseeing attraction - Fourtress of St. Nicolas, dating from Renaisance times. Nearby Holiday Resort Solaris offers five attractive thematic beaches, Aquapark, Ethno village, Pirate Adventure Minigolf, Several Beach Bars and a Nightclub, Welness, Spa and Sports facilities. There are also organizing special excursions.
We can arrange you visiting two of the national parks: Kornati islands and national park Krka.
There is also island Krapanj, one of the lowest island in the world, very close by. Šibenik stands out among Croatian cities by its unique position in the central part of Croatian Adriatic, in picturesque and spatious bay on the sunken estuary of Krka, the most beautiful karst river which is a national park for the most of its length. This beautiful city of unique urban expression is connected to the open sea by the picturesque, narrow and winding ’s Channel. Three City fortresses – ’s, ’s and Šubićevac, stand as a symbol of centuries-old continued resistance of Šibenik, and one of the three such fortifications in the Mediterranean.
The most important monument in Šibenik, well-known in European architecture and registered in UNESCO World Heritage Sites List is definitely the Cathedral of from 15th and 16th centuries. Šibenik is the city with 24 churches, six monasteries, four fortresses, the attractive „Four Water-Wells“ not far from the Cathedral, 2851 stone City stairs, the largest number of Baroque organs, and the Medieval Monastery Garden of – the only one of a kind in Croatia.
Wonderful Šibenik Archipelago consists of 242 islands, islets, reefs and cliffs with only ten settlements on the On the other side, Šibenik hinterland hides five rivers, three large and ten smaller lakes, five mountains, one national park, two nature parks and eight waterfalls.

Wonderful holiday.
We were with 6 people in the 2 flats. It was very nice. The pictures on the internet are exactly the same. The landlord, Mr. Lusa, takes great care of the well-being of his guests.
We can only recommend it if you want a quiet holiday.

Honestly, I highly recommend!!!!
Marijan's house is a magical place! I've been here twice, both in the 4-person apartment upstairs and in the 6-person apartment on the ground floor. The standard of the apartments is very high. Large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large fridge), clean bathrooms, efficient air conditioning :) The upper apartment has a tiny balcony, while on the ground floor we have two terraces and a fireplace with a grill. Of course, there is a large parking lot next to the house. The sea is just a few steps away. The town of Zablace itself is quiet and intimate. We have a few restaurants, a shop, and a bakery here. There is also a playground and a large sports field for children. Aqua Park Solaris is nearby.
However, this place wouldn't be so amazing without the incredible owner - Jerko. He is a man with a big heart, who is impossible not to like. Very helpful and open. He tries to make your stay even more enjoyable, if possible, but he is not overly zealous about it :) Deserted island, authentic Dalmatian food, fresh fish, fresh fruit, delicious coffee, and for my daughters cocoa and tiny apples, amazing stories by the moonlight - I have experienced all of this, it is what creates the magic and uniqueness of this place, and also gives wonderful memories.

Very nice house in a quiet location
A very nice house in which nothing is missing, the landlord is a very nice and friendly man (very hospitable). So we arrived and the master of the house was already waiting for us in a friendly way to explain everything to us. There is air conditioning in every flat, which is included in the price, and there is also a kitchen and bathroom in every flat. So if I had to give out stars now, I would give 3 stars. The flats are spacious and very nicely furnished. We had the advantage that we were 8 people and we had the whole house and garden at our disposal without having to share anything with others. We had a very nice holiday in the house.

Highly recommended!
The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and appealing. The equipment is as stated, everything you need is there. The beds are comfortable and the pillows and sheets are top notch! With the air conditioning in both apartments, it is wonderful to stay even in extreme heat. You immediately feel at home. We spent a lot of time on the shady terrace. The view of the garden is truly a feast for the eyes, the bougainvillea is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Everything is very well maintained and we were able to use everything. There is also an outdoor shower, surfboards, and bicycles. The sea can be reached in three minutes and the beach is very clean. We had our own sun loungers and two umbrellas that we could use. So we didn't have to lie on the pebbles and had some shade if needed. The equipment at the beach is rather practical but fulfills its purpose completely. The host family is simply great! Starting with the request via email, all questions we had were answered quickly and friendly in our language. When we arrived, we experienced such hospitality that we have rarely experienced before. We were expected on the street and escorted to the parking lot. The host helped us carry our luggage and made us coffee. Later, we explored the charming village of Zablace together with our host family. If you want to spend a nice, relaxing vacation a bit away from mass tourism, this is the place to be. There is everything you need, but it is not overcrowded here yet, and if you want more action, everything is quickly accessible. There is the Solaris holiday camp nearby, whose attractions can be used by visitors. We didn't do that, as we were happy with the offerings in Zablace. There are small bars where you can have a cocktail in the evening, a pizzeria, two restaurants, and a beach bar right on the beach. We usually had coffee there in the afternoons and enjoyed the view of the sea. Sometimes we also had a chat there with our host, in German or English, he speaks both languages well. He prepared specialties from Dalmatia for us on the grill, and we went on a boat tour with him to a secluded island, where we spent the day. An absolute experience for us, pure nature, even our two daughters, in their young adulthood, were thrilled. The water appears turquoise blue due to the light-colored rocks in the area, we did a lot of snorkeling and discovered a lot. The Krka waterfalls should be visited early in the morning during the high season, otherwise there are simply too many people there and you will be pushed around. We also visited Primosten and Vodice, two beautiful towns, but they are very touristy. If you like that, you will feel right at home there. Sibenik is a city with a very special flair. The old town is beautiful and there are typical narrow alleyways with small shops. We didn't find it overcrowded and the people there were very friendly. You can communicate very well in English. There is a large parking lot right behind the tunnel and you can reach the old town in five minutes from there. All in all, the holiday home Marijana is highly recommended and we will definitely not be the last ones to visit there.
