This beautifully situated log cabin with a magnificent view of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski area at an altitude of approx. 900 metres. You can easily reach the house by car and from there you can ski to the slopes, which are right next to the house. The skiing area includes about 152 km of slopes and has about 52 lifts.
Chalet Saphire is our luxury holiday home for up to 10 people (max. 8 adults + 2 children), very cosy and modern furnished with top equipment. Particularly noteworthy are 4 bedrooms ensuite, with private bathroom with shower and toilet. Thus, each guest enjoys maximum privacy. Our wellness area has a very large experience shower, a free-standing bathtub, a rest and fitness area with access to the terrace and a design sauna with integrated infrared surface heating system and coloured light therapy: - our classic "Finnish" sauna is characterised by high temperatures of 80 to 105 degrees Celsius and very low humidity. This low humidity makes the high temperatures bearable - Another variation of the sauna bath is the soft steam bath. Here, as in the bio sauna, the temperature is around 55 degrees Celsius. At the same time however the air humidity is increased by a vaporizer up to 50 per cent. In addition to the gentle benefits of the bio-sauna, the higher humidity is particularly effective for the respiratory tract and for relieving tension.
Our highlight - heated outdoor swimspa with counter-current system. This opens and closes conveniently via an automatic electronic motor control.
On the ground floor you will find an impressive 360° design fireplace, a cosy dining table and further seating and lounging areas with a view of the fireplace. Also a very modern kitchen with special equipment such as an induction hob 'BORA' and a coffee built-in fully automatic machine. One level above we have designed an entertainment area with a 65 inch LED TV plus home cinema system, perfect for film and TV lovers in an undisturbed atmosphere. In total the chalet "Saphire" has 7 LED TVs (all bedrooms (4), wellness area (1), living room (1), entertainment area (1)) On 3 levels you can retreat to 3 different sun terraces and enjoy the impressive mountain panorama.

Our house "Saphire" is located on the side of the ski slope/ski lift, about 100 meters away. Here in a small mountain settlement, at an altitude of 900 meters, surrounded by meadows and forests, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the "Salzburg Dolomites".
The skiing area ("Dachstein West") comprises about 150 km of slopes with about 50 lifts/mountain railways. Also in summer the Lammertal attracts with excellent leisure, sports and hiking possibilities
Good accessibility also in winter, snow chains are rarely needed.
Annaberg is located in the Lammertal (Salzburger Land), in the middle of the skiing and hiking area 'Dachstein-West'. The new wooden log cabin is located in the middle of meadows and forests, with a fantastic view of the Salzburg Dolomites, right next to the ski slope. The Salzburger Land is known for its high recreational value. Here you will find numerous lakes, wonderful hiking and nature reserves
Directions: Motorway A8 Munich-Salzburg, approx. 1 km after border crossing turn right onto A10 towards Villach, after approx. 25 km exit Golling/Abtenau, towards Abtenau (approx. 24 km), straight through Abtenau, approx. 3 km after Abtenau turn right towards Annaberg, after approx. 8 km (about 1 km before Annaberg) turn left towards 'Dachstein-West' and 'Alpendorf', about 3 km up the hill, at the turn-off for "Alpendorf" still straight ahead, then after about 150 m turn right, 1st house on the left. A warm welcome!
The city of Salzburg is just around the corner: 59 km to Salzburg, 52 km to Berchtesgaden, 84 km to Chiemsee, 182 km to Munich, 93 km to Kitzbühel.

| Rent supplement Basic rent according to table for up to 8 persons! Maximum occupancy 10 persons. Person 9 and 10 each 10% surcharge on basic rent. Additional costs for / bed linen: 400,00 € once. Visitor's tax: 2,00 € / day / per person from 15 years, is raised separately. Deposit 500 € will be refunded upon proper return. 30% of the total cost is due at the time of booking, the rest 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. |
Cancellation terms:
- In the event that you are not allowed to travel for official reasons or it is not possible to start the trip due to the Corona crisis, we would of course credit you the full price of the trip. You could then postpone the trip within a year and start it later.

In the chalet you have 2 family sledges and 2 racing sledges at your disposal.
The chalet is rented out to a maximum of 8 adults + 2 children as there are only 4 bedrooms available.
