The large, comfortable terraced house "Casa Monte Castello" is located in Tignale-Aer on the western shore of Lake Garda on a plateau about 500 m above the lake. The Casa Monte Castello 2016 was completely refurbished. It has a south-facing balcony and a furnished terrace with wonderful views. On the ground floor there is a light-filled living / dining room with beautiful bow passage to the modern kitchen which is equipped with everything to conjure up a meal for loved ones and a guest toilet. Satellite TV and WiFi are also available. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. The house also has a garage for bicycles and motorbikes, two parking spaces, a laundry and is equipped with everything a comfortable and relaxing stay allows such. As washing machine, dishwasher. Children and dogs are welcome!

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in the district of Aer on the plateau of Tignale with your 6 districts. Approximately 2 km from the apartment is the center of Gardola with all shopping facilities, restaurants, pizzerias and doctor and pharmacy. In about 3 km there is a public swimming pool (admission incl.) And the visitor's center and a high ropes course. Tignale lies on the western shore of the lake, on a plateau 500 meters above the lake in beautiful park Alta Brescia. The panoramic location allows for numerous hiking or mountain biking always new insights into this fascinating landscape with the opposite liegenen Monte Baldo massif. The quiet area with lush Mediterranean vegetation is also ideal to relax and unwind. Yet Tignale is so central that you can quickly the lake or other of the numerous excursions achieved z. B. trips also to the hinterland to Ledro lake or even a trip to Verona.

A beautiful vacation comes to an end.
Today unfortunately is our last day here in our beautiful accommodation. We can recommend everything without reservation. Starting with the competent, very friendly, and uncomplicated service from Mrs. Hiesel, thank you again, through the great accommodation up to the unique location. We were able to enjoy the lake view and the view of nature from our wonderful terrace for breakfast and dinner. The house is equipped with everything you could wish for. The welcome was very warm, a well-chilled bottle of good rosé was waiting to be enjoyed on the terrace with a lake view, the beds were already made, towels were ready. Thank you for everything! The location is beautiful and the small villages here are simply enchanting with everything you need for daily necessities. A completely great holiday that leaves nothing to be desired.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus - Wunderschöne Aussicht
Mit 4 Erwachsenen haben wir zwei wunderbare Wochen im Haus "Casa Montecastello" im ruhigen Tignale (Ortsteil Aer) verbracht. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns der freundliche Vermieter bereits zur Schlüsselübergabe, führte uns durchs Haus und zeigte und erklärte uns alles. Das Haus ist groß und die einzelnen Räumen sind sauber, schön möbeliert und gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden.
Zum Haus gehört eine eigene große PKW-Garage, durch die man einen direkten Zugang ins Haus hat. Somit stand unser Auto immer gut geschützt und angenehm kühl.
Absolut genial ist die große Terrasse, von der man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee genießen kann. Ausgestattet ist die Terrasse mit einem Holzkohlegrill, 2 Liegen sowie einem großen Tisch mit Stühlen.
Das Haus diente uns als Ausgangspunkt vieler Unternehmungen rund um den Gardasee. Auch Wanderungen waren direkt vom Haus aus möglich.
In Aer gibt es, außer einer kleine Bar (Bar Silvana), keine Einkehr- oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Hauptort Gardola ist jedoch in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke ...). Des weiteren befinden sich in Gardola einige nette Restaurants und Bars.
Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass Tignale auf einem Berg oberhalb des Gardasees liegt und man "nicht mal eben" zum See spazieren kann. Zwar verkehrt auch ein Shuttlebus zwischen den einzelnen Ortsteilen sowie dem kleinen Hafen/Strand von Tignale, doch ist ein Auto absolut zu empfehlen.

Wohlfühlmittelhaus
Wir haben uns beim Eintreten sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut ,auch die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Der besondere Luxus ist die Terasse mit einem grandiosen Blick auf den See und die eigene Garage mit direktem Zugang in die Wohnung.
Vom Haus aus kann man direkt seine Wander- oder Mountainbiketour starten.
Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Super Urlaub am Gardasee
Wir waren alle sehr gespannt, was uns erwarten würde und wurden so übertroffen, dass wir uns sofort "sau" wohl gefühlt hatten. Da wir mit unseren Harleys unterwegs waren - hätten wir es nirgends besser treffen können, als auf dieses super schöne Verwöhndomizil. Die Garage ein Traum - so groß ... der Wahnsinn, hat manch ein nicht zu Hause (wir ja, aber ..... einfach TOP) .
Die Übergabe hatte super geklappt .. auch von der Zeit her - saubere Ferienwohnung ... top Ausstattung ... es war einfach perfekt und dann noch der geile Ausblick.... immer wieder gerne !!!
Herzlichen DANK dafür und wir werden in den nächsten Jahren gern wieder kommen ....
