Wonderful villa with pool for 8 people. Villa Terracotta is located in Sumber near Labin and Rabac. It extends over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen in a rustic style, an open living room in warm wall colors and a bedroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. Satellite TV and free WiFi are also available. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden. The terrace in terracotta creates a wonderful contrast to the light blue pool, from which a unique view of the surrounding, untouched nature extends. This villa in Sumber is superbly equipped and ideal for relaxation. Pets are welcome.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a small village Sumber (about 12 km from Rabac). Rabac is a major tourist resort on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. Magnificent scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, pleasant climate and view of the bay each year attracts many tourists. Today Rabac is modern and attractive tourist resort underfloor the ancient town of Labin and offers a diverse range of culinary specialties, boat trips and sports activities. Due to its good access, beautiful beaches (rocky and sandy beach) and the clear sea, Rabac is particularly suitable for family holidays.
